Novel (A work in progress): "Alone"
"Alone" is a in-depth look into the life of a some what normal American teenage male that is trying to succeed in a private high school, while living in hectic New York City and being raised in a single parent household. Xavior’s adolescent mindset forces him to think irrational and to approach his problems in an awkward way. As pressure builds up and his young mind gets the best of him, he takes extreme action against others and finally on himself.

"Alone" is a fictional evaluation about why young men take part in irrational behavior. Along those same lines, the novel (that is in its early stages), questions and possibly answers why some young man in this day and age do outrageous acts that are horrific to themselves and others.

Poem: Picture of Dreams
"Picture of Dreams" is a refection of my own oil canvas painting entitled "A Summers Day." The goal of this poem was to describe the painting’s situation in dramatic fashion while using an ornate amount of literary devices. Such literary expressions include alliteration, rhyme scheme, metaphoric descriptions and similes. The poem describes for the most part every element that makes up the colorful painting. "Picture of dreams" and "A Summers Day" are a collaboration to give the viewer or reader a sense about what the scenery, mood, atmosphere, and personal conditions that are hopefully felt in viewing the painting. The smell of the crisp air, the feel of the cool breeze and the enjoyment of viewing the sharp colors of the greenery are expected to be consumed in the situation provided.
