Watches

When I was a kid, my father gave me a watch he got from his own father, I don't remember why in fact. I used it and one day while on vacation in Spain, I forgot to take it out before to jump in the sea...  

Well, the watch did not survived an was relegated to a drawer during years. Its only lately that I thought I could have it looked at and restored. To cut a long story short, it is working now and I wear it from time to time when I know I will not do sports or other kind of activities which could mean some risk for the old watch. From then I looked at a forum and wanted to know more about the watch industry and other watches.

I then looked in all my drawers to find all the watches I had in the house, from some old pocket watches, one from my late father in law, to my useful Swatch chronograph.
