Jurassic Park IV: Chaos Theory
Jurassic Patk IV takes place 4 years after the events of Jurassic Park III. At a Jurassic Survivors reunion hosted by John Parker Hammond at his house, he reveals that tropical storms over the past 4 years have been severly damaging Site B, causing the loss of a portion of the species on the island. With this, Hammond also reveals that Ingens rival company is on the verge of cracking the revolutionary code which made Jurassic Park possible, and the possibility of them too suffering the same fate. On hearing about this development, most of the crew decide immediately that they want no part in a mission to relocate the dinosaurs, but with a few words of wisdom, and a 6 digit cheque, Hammond manages to convince the best of them. Dr Alan Grant, the ledgendary dino-digger, Nick Van Owen, the field photographer and Ian Malcom are among the team to return to the island. But as history has shown us, the mission goes all to plan up until the Chaos Theory kicks in. Hammonds original plan to move the dinosaurs from Site B to the original Jurassic Park, now completely refitted with state of the art security and an updated computer system gets out of hand when the weather changes, and the transport barges are caught in a tropical storm and thrown off course. The dinosaurs are once again loose in the park! The barges crash at the old Ingen harbour, which was abandoned due to weathering, and break out of the barges and run wild in the island interior, which has been sectioned off due to the damage caused by the actions of Dennis Nedry. In attempt to regain control of the situation, the Trained Military team leave the secure bunker to attempt to move the dinosaurs from the interior, into the area designated to them. When the 25 members of the team do not return, Hammond and co asume the worst. The barge that had previously smashed into the old docks, was directly parallel to the power hub for the island interior. And in desperation, 4 of the 7 T-Rex on the island had damaged the mains power, shorting out communications for that half of the island. Now with limited man power, Hammond and the team must make it across the island to the old communications equipment and attempt to contact the mainland. And this time, on an island with 7 deadly kings, and the star role of the previous movie, the spinosaur.
