- We conquer evil through love. (Rom 12:12, 8:37)
- We are children of God, and must treat others as brothers, and sisters, and act as our
Father in heaven (1 Tim 5:1-2, Mt 5:27-30, 38-48, 1 Jn 4:7)
- Bless and Forgive enemies, this puts us above evil (Mt 5:44-45)
- The Desire to sin is as liable as the sin itself (Mt 5:21-28)
- We will only know God if we have a pure heart (Mt 5:8)
- Cut away things that lead you into sin, & pursue virtue(Mt 5:29-30, 2 Tm 2:22)
-Pray Hard (Mt 6:13, Mk 9:28-29) eg. Prayer to take Authority, Mary, Saints
- Give God the Lordship (1 Co 6:19-20)
-Don't give the Devil a chance, fight imedietly (Eph 4:27)
- We become slaves to sin (Jn 8:32, 1 Co 6:12)
- Flee Temptation (2 Tm 2:22, 1 Co 6:18, Jm 4:7)
- The battle against sin is not social or mental but rather spiritual (Eph 6:12)
- Mortify yourself (1 Co 9:27, 1 Co 5:5, 1 Pt 4:1, Col 1:24, Rom 5:3-5, Mt 18:8-9)
- The Lord is always greater than sin (1 Co 10:13, Rom 8:37)
- Never give up (1 Co 9:24-27, Jm 1:2-4)
- We have been set free for freedom, live it (Gal 5:1, 22-26)
- The devil only lies do not believe him (Jn 8:44)
- The word "Satan" in Hebrew means "adversary", anything that opposes Christ is
Satanic!
- The devil does not question God's existence, but rather his love and faithfulnes, by
making us feel God is against us he leads us a way from his life.
- Use the Armour of God : (Eph 6:10-17)
Truth - it set's us free (Jn 8:32, Eph 4:22, 5:11), because we reconize the deciet of the evil
one. Jesus is the Light (Jn 8) he will reveal the truth in men's hearts.
Tell Good News- conquers devil's grip on society. When we speak we make an
affirmation of truth that shows our comtempt for evil, and that we will not tolerate it. The
devil won't stay where he's not welcome.
Faith- The stronger our faith the longer we will perseveare against trials and temptations,
rather that doubt we can trust God's plan rather than run from it.(1 Co 10:13)
Justice- Do so much good and righteousness that we have no time for evil. Alway fight
evil with a good response rather that anger and violence.
Salvation- Pray the Divine Mercies, Christ has come to save. If we except his love from
the cross we can recieve redemtion from sin and Authority over evil. (1 Pt 2:24, Is 53:4)
Word of God- Remember God's message. Use it to defeat temptations. Let it peirce and
change your heart (Heb 4:12)
