If you were not able to get your question answered concerning basic functionality in the Beginner’s Guide to JP1, you should post the question to the Messages section of the JP1 User Guide and another user may be able to help you.

· State the JP1 compatible remote you are using.
· State what you are trying to do and the steps you have tried.
· State that you have read the JP1 for Beginner’s help document and did not find the answer.
