Unfortunately you have tried all of the normal avenues available to create an upgrade for your device. If you do not have a JP1 compatible learning remote, you should look into buying one. That would give you one more option for creating an upgrade.
As a last resort, you should post a message to the Messages section of the JP1 Users Group. Be sure to specify the following information:
· State the remote you have and the device you are trying to control.
· If you are missing the OEM remote, state that.
· If you do not have a learning remote, state that.
· State that you have already looked for KM and RM upgrades for your device and either there weren’t any or they didn’t work.
· State that you have already looked for Pronto CCF upgrades at Remote Central and either there weren’t any or they didn’t work.
If you provide the above information, one of the JP1 experts may be able to help you or have more ideas of things to try.
