A JP1 connection is required to connect your remote to your PC. If your remote does not have a JP1 connection, you will not be able to program your remote via JP1. If you have reasons to believe that it is possible to add a JP1 connection to your remote and there is no documentation in the Files/Hardware section for this particular remote, you should post a message in the Messages section of the JP1 Users Group.
