You can see the Monastery built into the cliff
We took a day trip from Barcelona to the Monastery at Montserrat.  Beautiful location on a cliff with a mysterious "Black Virgin" statue.  To get to the top you can drive or take a tram.  Once there two funiculars take you even farther up the mountain. The views were spectacular, so I've included several photos.
