12-4-02 And so we begin..again...yet continuously, never having ended. Each moment a new beginning. Each moment an eternal now. Separate, yet blended in oneness. Individual, yet united. What is it you wish to do, Dear One? You wish to be suddenly "perfect and whole". You wish your physicalness to vibrate at the frequency of leanness, powerfulness, sleekness, flexible-ness, and you want it to be a physically manifested reality. Yes, instantly. Maintenance of such a "condition", you reason, will be much more enjoyable and easier to hold, once you are "there". You seek the level of physical fitness which is ever present in your mind's eye. You do not wish it to be hard work, yet you are willing to "work at it". We say to you, seek first the desire, the passion, to be so and you will then materialize it very quickly in your physical dimension. Refrain from bemoaning your perceived stoutness and see instead the perfection that you already are. Choose that form(at) which you deem as perfect for you. You may be any shape, any form, any "thing" that you wish --- after all, you are the creator. Can you image it perfectly in your mind, blink your eyes, and manifest it on the spot? Yes, indeed you can. Will you in this moment? Possibly not. Be not dismayed by this. Choose to "use" your forms of exercise, be it walking, biking, whatever, to fast-forward to your desired result. In other words, use your visualizing, your imaging ability, to picture your "perfect" physicalness, both shape and condition, and do so while you are walking, biking, etc. As you image, choose the form, then state, intend, command that the exercise, physical exertion IS quickly and effortlessly giving you the desired result. This is like fast-forwarding a video tape. The story, with its drama, challenges, joys and fears is still complete on the tape, but if you fast-forward, you have reached the "happy ending" more quickly. You can do this. Accept it. Do not dissect and reason it. As they say, "just do it". We believe you will be amazed at the rapid "results". And furthermore, you DO have something to lose :-).ha ha Perhaps you will find that along with the extra pounds, or larger portions of excess body fat, you just might "loose" some fear. Remember that if you lose something, you might be inclined to find and re-Place it......but if you "loose" something, you release it and set it free. So it is with fear, be it in the form of low self worth, unworthiness, or other "less-thans". It wants to be free just as much as you want it to be. So why do you hold on? :-) Try this .. you just might like it. And that would be wonder-full in deed. :-) Go with the flow. With the flow comes also more release. The current runs through unimpeded, taking with it the debris that wishes to be free. Thus, it too will Go with the Flow. And this you already Know. We have had fun this night, Dear One.
