1. All graphics offered on this site are purchaseware, which means that you must pay applicable fees to use them. You are not purchasing exculsive rights or copyright. Just the right to use them. I will always own the copyright to the images I create. You must give credit back to me on the same page the graphics are displayed with a simple text code linked to

2. Please do not alter my images in any way. This means do not resize them, change any colors, or add them to other graphics to create something. Do not remove my watermark. You may use them in emails, websites or message boards. As long as credit is given.
3. You may create stationery for Outlook Express or Incredimail. If you do this please notify me and let me know what you are doing. A link to my site is neccessary.
