face was full of life not longing
looked into your eyes and smiled
all emotions and feelings were riled
And you never go anywhere.
You took your hand in mine
wiped away all existence of time
and Tyler came running up to us
and you told him that when you visit...Trust
And you never go anywhere.
He said he didn't know if it was you
that others come and visit too
you saw the fear and continued to walk along
Tyler was hopping, talking like you were never gone
and I watched you in both, as I always do
smiled and laughed enjoying this view
And you never go anywhere.
Once again I saw the love in your eyes
the love that you never try to hide
for your son, your beautiful boy
that you conceived through this Joy
And you never go anywhere.
I awoke to Tyler saying it's late
and I shared with him in a groggy state
that his Father loves him oh so much
and that in this dream we could touch
that you come to visit him to say
I love you and am never far away
And you never go anywhere.
