You do not have to drink it in one sitting. Actually, when you sign the waiver, they hold you responsible for your friends and for your own liver, recommending NOT drinking it in one sitting (or falling).

Actually, after paying for something like 5 shots at $3.00, 10 shots at $3.50, 10 shots at $4.50, 10 shots at $5.50, 10 shots between $8-25, and 5 shots priced at between $50-100, you have paid about what you would for a vacation getaway. But you also get a fabulous story for it.
We had not intended on joining. Just some burritos (I love their lobster burritos) and a pitcher of blended margaritas. (The secret to margaritas is in the margarita mix. It should be sweet enough to drink sans alcohol. Then, of course, add good tequila.)
I had not intended on drinking that many shots. Just one or two to start it off.
After five, I excused myself and went to the ladies room. No more shots for me.
I returned, pleased that I did not get sick. One more, then we are done.
After six, I thought, let's do this. Another round!
[I really missed their lobster burritos, but I did not go back to Fred's for a couple months after this trip.]
After eight, I walked to the little girls room.
An hour later, my girl knocked on the door, Honey, unlock the door and let me come it. No, you said "one minute" like ten minutes ago.
Half an hour after that, my girl gently pounded, Honey, the assistant manager said he will have to call the police if you do not get up.
My boy got the car and left it idling right outside the restaurant front door. He pulled me up to standing and lifted me to the car.
[Yes, I know this is a terrible story, but my name is on the wall. Several months later, we came back on separate occasions to do number 9-10 and numbers 11-15.]
