It makes it so that you can learn any move in        one day any where and gives you 30,000           power and 35,000 speed a day can not be           bought. The only way to get it is to be a           member or a special allie of my team. Or if          someone who has it gets beaten and that           person takes my item. You can only learn          moves in 2 days if your off my team or if           your an allie.
