| "Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!" The mindless automatons chant as one cannot help but notice as he or she stumbles from ont television program to the next. One is unable to feel anything but pitty for the frequent adn all too familiar clutter that is unavoidable and shameful to the one who comes upon it. The mere reality that one can associate with the knowledge of the existence of such monotonous spews can fill one with disgust. Reality television depicts the world, and especially the United Sates of America, in the only true and accurate way. Reality television captures every aspect of what the United States desires, values, and holds true. From the dull bachelor that beseeches some reality show to let him pick and choose his future wife becasue he is unable to make a living and find a fitting wife for himself, to the conniving castaways hoarding food and secrets and betraying anyone that dare t ostand in thier way of an unlaboured million dollars, life is a joke. Thanks be to reality television series for revealing the lifestyle of the United States! One could not help to form a stereotypical opinion of the lfe of an average civillian of the United States. Of course it's not anyone's fault why he or she does or does not form a biased opinion on the United States and its people. The thoughts and ideas only come natural when the greatest marketing ploy for the United States is commercial advertisement between the famous reality series. For some, perhaps most of all the United States, the reality series does, in fact, best represent their life style. Whether someone i the squabbling survivor, the dull bachelor, or part of some dysfunctional family wishing to reclaim past success, the true values of all the United states are evident in the reality programs of the land of the free. |
