Applying Anthropology
In attempt to make the knowledge gained from all its fields useful, Anthropology must be able to be applied. Being more explicit in its practical goals, applied anthropology is vital to the processing of acquired knowledge collected from the many sub-fields that Anthropology offers. Applied anthropology departs from traditional views of its patrons being employed to a university or museum, and many times developes a stronghold in government agencies, business firms, and developing agencies.

Often consulted for designing practical equipment to fit human anatomy, applied anthropology is important in fullfilling a range of human needs. Biological anthropologists could also work in a public health business and be able to present forensics as evidense in a particular court case or be called upon to preserve a damaged excavation site. By assisting the growing human needs of everyday people, Anthropology is not something that can be researched and taken into account, but utilized for the best of mankind.
