Ethan Unit left this morning for Ft. Bliss Texas to begin training to go over to Iraq...it is hard to see him go...he called last night and had me and Tyler bring up some shower slippies to the base in Phoenix...he was playing his Gameboy AdvanceSP Tiger Woods game against one of his buddies. Ethan received orders today that he will be deployed with his National Guard Army Unit to Iraq...this is not good news to me and the boys...we are saddened to see him leave...he has Thanksgiving with us and then he deploys shortly after :o( I will be working on a website to keep updates on his experience in Iraq. He goes with all our love and support.

Eli moved back to Arkansas...is staying in touch by phone...I miss him. Mikey has been kinda grumpy lately and hasn't been talking to me much. Tyler is just the opposite and talks all the time. He just got Jedi Knights computer game for his birthday from Patrick and has been playing it non-stop.

Yesterday the Dolphins came to AZ to play Monday night football against the Chargers since Qualcomm Stadium is being used for fire evacuations. Tyler, Eli and I went to the game...stood in line for 2 1/2 hours along with like 50,000 other people. The game was free and the stadium was completely booked up...it was amazing and exciting!

Ethan is in Utah right now taking tests to become Sargent in the National Guard...good luck Ethan!!! Not that you need it. Met with Tyler's Teacher today for a parent/teacher conference and she just had rave reviews for how wonderful he is to have in her class! Mike is looking into taking a C++ class at Scottsdale Community College so we are working on raisiing the funds for that. I just return last week from a Gathering in Etna, CA that was absolutely wonderful...what True Friends and a week in the Mountains can do for the spirit is beyond words. Matrix Revolutions comes out on Nov. 5th...can barely wait. My brother John left this morning for Hawaii and his wedding is on Saturday...Woo-Hoo to John and Elena!!

Tyler had his 9th Birthday Party on Sunday. He got lots of gifts, cash for Scooties, computer games and upgrades, Airplanes and a flag for his wall. We have to tear him away from the computer just to see his face lately. Eli made him a really delicious birthday cake and Ethan has been building the airplanes. Last night we went to Ethans softball game and they won the first game we left at 1/2 time so I don't know about the second game. Ethan arrived home Saturday night looking exhausted but excited to share with us what he picked up while he was there as well as getting to watch us open our gifts. We spent Sunday morning/afternoon flipping back and forth between the Saints/Seahawk game and the Bears/49ers games both of which were to say the least disappointing. Caught Ethan playing a rematch of the Saints/Seahawks on Madden 2004 for ps2 yesterday...didn't look like it was going much better he he he. Mike has been designing some new graphic art and I will post it in the Picture Gallery when complete. Tyler is now requesting "diablo" for the computer for his birthday...man...he cannot make up his mind what he wants. First Game Cube...then a computer...now a computer game good thing he still has 5 more days to change his mind :o)

Updated more pics to the Picture Gallery. Ethan called this morning from Germany he's seems to being enjoying himself even though he lost his camera and all the pics. He is the desginated driver over there so he has gotten to see alot of places. He sounded excited and is bringing back gifts and is trying to smuggle back some German beer! Talked to Eli on the phone for a few hours last night. The wedding was wonderful they had it on the beach during sunset. He said that there was a swimsuit model shoot going on at the same time and the photographer came over and took pics for them. He comes home tomorrow!

Created a link for Mark. Has a few pics on the last page and a story about how we met, a brief description of what we did over the nine years we were together. Didn't get to set up the pictures page even though there is a link to it ... it doesn't work yet. It's 1 a.m. and I am beat so...later! It's now 12:20 p.m. and I actually did get a bit of sleep last night. Added a new page called "Picture Gallery." It isn't even barely started yet...I had no idea how much time it takes to get things loaded and linked and up onto the site. Feel free to email me or send me any pics you would like to see up there. Still working on updates to the site. Added new design to Joy as well as a new link called Stuff.com check it out. Today Mike cooked hamburgers on the grill for me, Tyler, Eugene, David and Ryan. We hung out for a few hours talking about conspiracies, aliens, the ills of public school and conformity. Interesting evening. Well check in again for more journalings of an AZ family. Sheez...it's 3:18am and I am still working on this site...ok I'm outta here!
