| February 24, 2003 :: Welcome :: Welcome to the unveiling of my website! I've been working on this site with all the free time I had this past week (no work!). The reason for creating this webpage was mainly so I could have an excuse to use this awesome layout I find online. You can see more of this talented artist's work by clicking on the logo below. And it was by sheer coincidence that her logo matches my SN, joyfulilly, perfectly! "A joyful heart is good medicine..." Proverbs 17:22 Thank you, JHD! | March 13, 2003 :: Links :: Thanks to anyone and everyone who visited my site these past couple weeks - things are still rough around the edges and my computer just about died from all that uploading...but after a much needed break, I think it's time for an update. Tip: For accessing links - it seems there's a problem with getting the links to work, I'm not sure how I can fix it but one helpful hintI discovered is that for the link you want to click on, scroll down until that specific link is at the top of the page. That seemed to work for me. Works in Progress: As for "My Music"; "My Testimony"; and "My Favorite Links", those are some goals I'm aiming for. Since I've never written my testimony in it's entirety down on paper, the "My Testimony" link is going to be a work in progress. I'm not really sure what I wanted to do with "My Music", but I was hoping to share some of my all-time favorite songs, mostly Contemporary Christian music since most of the mainstream songs get too played out to become an "all-time" fave. I guess you can say this link will be a mish mosh of things - lyrics, wav. files, links to free music, etc. Finally , that leaves me with "My Favorite Links" which will probably be the easiest to update - so look for this link to be up and running soon! So far, in My Music, I have uploaded some Chinese pop music and the lyrics I penned to my good friend, Fish's (she's one of the VS chickies) original music compositions...if I ever get any recordings, I'll be sure to add them. For the mp3s - there's probably an easier way of playing them but I think the individual players work well enough... I dedicate this song to the troops overseas...may God bless them and keep them under His sovereign care. Commit to pray for a soldier - Adopt Our Troops! |
