Should I Tell?
I HAD TO STOP                 AND MAKE A DECISION ON THE                                                                     FOLLOWING QUESTION:

SHOULD I TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS SURGERY OR JUST PRETEND THAT I HAD MY "GALL BLADDER" REMOVED, ECT.?

My gut feeling about telling was: "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

I would like for  everyone to think that after 43 years of struggling with this issue, I magically learned to eat right, exercise more and ta ta!  That would be a lieand I am not good at telling lies about myself, because I have a terrible memory and also have a very impulsive personality and would probably blow it and then look REALLY foolish.  Also, I want to be able to help others in my situation, and I cannot do that if I am not willing to be open and honest about this surgery.

Surely, I would impress people more by not telling, but the impression I was giving would be dishonest.

Now, believe me....I really do NOT want people to say:

Ohhere comes Joyceyou knowthe one who got THAT surgery.

Most of us don't like being judged or being talked about, but it will happen, so I'm just going to have to deal with it in order to help others.
