History of Special K in ROH:

- Crowning A Champion (7/27/02): Brian XL and Dixie form a heel alliance during a six-man tag team match. They attack and then abandon their tag team partner, Black Gordman Jr., halfway through the match, allowing their opponents to pin him and win the match. XL and Dixie thereby become the first two members of Special K.
- Honor Invades Boston (8/22): XL, Dixiee, and the two newest members of Special K - Izzy and Elax - attacked The Amazing Red and Quiet Storm after their one-on-one match until Chris Devine and The S.A.T. ran out and evened up the odds, thereby beginning an insane four vs. four tag team match (Devine didn't compete in the match). The S.A.T. eventually pin XL to win the match.
- Unscripted (9/21): After Jay Briscoe vvs. The Amazing Red, Dixie and Elax run out and attack Red until The S.A.T. make the save.
- Glory By Honor (10/5): A four-team hanndicap Scramble match pits Homicide (w/ out a partner; his scheduled partner, Boogalu, no-showed), The S.A.T., Divine Storm, and Special K vs. each other. Homicide eventually won the match for himself by forcing Dixie to submit via an STF. Later on in the night, Prince Nana beat Elax in under a minute.
- All Star Extravaganza (11/9): The S.A..T. win a Scramble match over Special K (Dixie & the newest member, Joey Matthews), Da Hit Squad, and Divine Storm.
- Scramble Madness (11/16): The Amazing Red, The S.A.T., & Divine Storm d. Special K (Joey Matthews, Izzy, Slim J, Deranged, & Angel Dust) in an insane Scramble Match.
- Night of the Butcher (12/7): Paul Londdon d. Angel Dust in a match to air on the ROH TV show. Later on, The S.A.T. d. Special K (Joey Matthews & Deranged), Da Hit Squad, and Jay Briscoe & The Amazing Red in a Scramble match when they forced Special K to submit to their Taffy Machine submission hold.

- First Anniversary Show (2/8): Da Hit SSquad, The S.A.T., Divine Storm, & Mikey Whipwreck d. Special K in a Scramble match. Whipwreck returned to ROH and teamed up against Special K, but midway through the match turned on them and joined the opposing stable. This still wasn't enough to gain Special K the win, though.
- Expect the Unexpected (3/15): The Amazzing Red d. Slim J. Later on, Low Ki & Da Hit Squad d. Special K. The Special K team began with just Deranged, Dixie, & Angel Dust, but interference by Slim J, Hydro, and Brian XL kept interfering, causing a DQ loss for Special K. Low Ki then said that all of the members of Special K could compete in the match, so it was restarted as a handicap match. Still, Ki & D.H.S. won the bout by obtaining simultaneous pinfalls on Special K.
- Night of Champions (3/22): Special K ((Izzy, Deranged, Angel Dust, & Mikey Whipwreck) d. The S.A.T. & Divine Storm in a Scramble match when Mikey hit Whippersnappers on the members of The S.A.T. and Divine Storm. - The Epic Encounter (4/12): Special K ((Dixie & Hydro) d. The Carnage Crew (HC Loc & Tony DeVito) and The Ring Crew Express (Dunn & Marcos) in a Scramble match when Dixie pinned Dunn after some inteference by Mikey Whipwreck. After the bout, the mystery big man from the previous show confronted Slugger, but Slugger slapped him across the face. The mystery big man did not fight back.
- Retribution: Round Robin Challenge II (4/26): The S.A.T. d. The Ring Crew Express, EZ Money & Sterling James Keenan, and Special K in a Scramble match when Dunn was pinned after the Spanish Fly. During the bout, Slugger brawled with the mystery big man from the previous two shows.

As a result of scoring the pinfall in this bout, Angel Dust receives a spot in the Four Corner Survival match later on. However, before that match, the debuting Justin Credible attacked Angel Dust and injured him, making him unable to compete and taking his spot in the match. Also later on, The S.A.T. d. Special K (Mikey Whipwreck & Dixie). After the bout, The S.A.T. brawled with some more members of Special K. Loc & DeVito and - a few minutes later - Justin Credible ended up coming out and attacking Mikey before Credible was revealed as a member of the Carnage Crew.
- WrestleRave '03 (6/28): Angel Dust d. Hydro in a battle of the Special K members. Later on, The Carnage Crew (Loc, DeVito, & Credible) d. Special K (Izzy, Dixie, & Deranged) when Credible pinned Dixie after hitting That's Incredible. Towards the end of the show, Deranged & Izzy attacked the Backseat Boyz and put them through tables before starting a massive rave in the building that ended up going into the streets!
- Death Before Dishonor (7/19): Special K beat up The Christopher Street Connection (Buff-E & Mace) w/ (Ariel) until Low Ki returns to ROH and scares off many Special K members.
