Welcome to JOY homepage! The first Toastmasters Club (Taipei Toastmasters Club) was established in 1958 and over the last 45 years we have more than 71 clubs in Taiwan. The majority of the clubs are English clubs, with a few Taiwanese, Japanese, Mandarin and Hakka Clubs. JOY was officially chartered on June 13, 2001. The club is mainly consisted of the employees of Chinese Petroleum Corporation. However, it opens to the public. JOY Club is the only Toastmasters club that meets at noon in Taipei. Please Bring Your Lunch to Join us On 2nd and 4th Friday noon every month, 12:00-1:30pm Chinese Petroleum Corp.
