40th class reunion

It wasn't mine but it was my friend, Toni's, at the golf course over the weekend. She spent the last two years planning their 40th class reunion which started Friday morning and ended Sunday morning with a light breakfast. It was a "Survivor" theme. They had all sorts of games, water races and golf. They set up big tents between the 9th green and the clubhouse. I was surprised how well-attended it was. Jill and I set up the treasure hunt for the big prize. We had fun doing it for Toni. Saturday, after our money game, they had a band playing. The band was the Samoan husband and sons of one of the classmates. That band provided world-class entertainment into the evening. We sat on the deck and listened. They played lots of blues, reggae and old rock. They're going to be performing at Epcot Center in the coming weeks. It was a privilege to hear them. It was another great weekend here in taterland.
