My brother has been fighting to have his disability benefits reinstated. I have done Internet research on his cancer and its aftermath. I have helped him write several letters of appeal. It's been going on for months now. After his hearing last Wednesday, he got the news today that his benefits will remain and be permanent!!!! We hugged and cried. It was a huge victory for him and me. I love him so much and I want him to enjoy his life. He's had a tough time the last few years. I don't know what I would have done without him over the last year or more. My faith in the system is better now than it's been for awhile.
