| Here's how we changed our lives in 12 weeks. We set specific goals. The best way to set your goals is to decide how much muscle you want to gain or how much fat to lose. Write and commit to a date of accomplishment. We eat the right foods. The toughest pattern to develop is eating six times a day. Feed your body a small amount of protein along with a small amount of carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day. We train hard. Focus on raising your level of effort every time you perform a certain exercise and use the proper form as� taught in the Body-for-LIFE Program. Your mind must be focused on what you're doing. We focus on progress. Measure your progress through body composition testing. It's simply a way of measuring how much fat and how much muscle you have. |
