| Josh Bedard Brutus Character Analyis Brutus was a critical character in Julius Caesar, because he was the one that was coaxed into the assassination of Caesar. Brutus own extreme trust of other people led him to this fate. If he had been more careful and not trusted the conspirators that had convinced him that killing Caesar would benefit the state, he would have not killed him, and the Republic would have been saved. Also, the blow Brutus struck upon Caesar is known to be the unkindly stab of them all, mainly because Caesar trusted him so much and now he betrayed him. |
