Chicken Soup with Cordyceps and Almonds   

- Served for 4-6 persons

 

Ingredients:

2/3 oz      Chinese corduceps 

1.5 oz       Gingko 

1.5 oz      Sweet almonds

1                                  Chicken

2                                 Slices ginger

 

Methods:

1.      Wash all above materials, shell gingko and, remove membrane and core.

2.      After washed the chicken then scald and rinse once.

3.      Bring a suitable amount of water to the boil. Put in all material and parboil over low heat for 3 hours then season with some salt. Serve!

Note: doesn¡¦t suitable if got a cold.
