Freshly ionized alkaline water is more hydrating and more internally thirst-quenching than conventional water. It is also extremely detoxifying. It detoxifies because the process of ionization changes the molecular cluster of water from pentagonal (approximately 10-13 molecules per cluster) to hexagonal (approximately 5-6 molecules per cluster), making this water more readily absorbed by our cells.
