Well I have a new fic idea…damn me. Anyway this is Fushigi Yuugi/Sailor Moon. Well really this is what happens to Nuriko (AKA Ryuuen or however the next person in line will spell it…is there truly a right way to spell it?) after he dies. After his death, his life essence is sent to the Sailor Moon dimension. As you know I mainly write Makoto based fics so guess whom he ends up with? I think they are a perfect match too. I mean the names alone are both related to trees and nature and they are both VERY strong. Anyway… Tasuki: I thought you were going to put me in a Sailor Moon fic? JL: I never said that Fang Boy. Chichiri: She’s right, no da. Tasuki: Shut up. JL: I thought you hated girls anyway. What are you doing here? Tasuki: I was bored…plus…you owe me dinner. JL: Oh yeah…I lost that bet we had on which of us could scare Duo first, I still think you cheated…you know I don’t have powers. Chichiri: You still made the bet with him knowing that though, no da. JL: Yeah, yeah…I know. So where’s the star senshi anyway? Tasuki: You mean Nuriko. Where do you think he is? He’s been washing his hair for a half-hour now. JL: I love his hair…don’t mock his hair. That’s why I got pissed at you with Duo. No one can mock, touch, cut, or look at the sacred braids without my permission. ::takes out katana:: Chichiri: I’m leaving before the blood shed, no da. ::disappears into his kasa and it flies away:: Tasuki: ::takes tessen and holds it chest level:: REKKA SHINEN! JL: Shimatte! Kuso! ::smoke comes from clothes:: Omae O Korosu! Tasuki: You and what army? Nuriko: Me and my army. ::Up pops Duo, Heero, Trowa, Wufei, and Quatre:: Tasuki: No fare, no bringing in other muses. Duo: If she can’t cook for me I won’t hesitate to kill you. Wufei: I’d be on your side, but I don’t want the wrath of two osage báka on me. Tasuki: Gee, thanks Wuffy. JL: Hey Fang Boy…I’m the ONLY one aloud to call him Wuffy to his face and get away with it. ::takes out scissors:: I don’t want to do this. I really love long hair on guys, but I am now forced to cut you down to size. ::chases after Tasuki and both run out of house:: Duo: So you guys hungry? Quatre: I could go for some tea. Wufei: I guess, what are we ordering? Heero: Mhnnh. Trowa: I agree. Nuriko: Ok so Italian it is. Let’s just go out. I don’t want to be back here when they get back. Heero: Mhnnh. JL: Hey were is everyone? Hello…hello? Tasuki: We scared them off. JL: Good, want to go out for Japanese food? Tasuki: Fine, but I’m driving. JL: Fine but then you have to do the disclaimer. Tasuki: The girl owns nothing, not FY, not SM, and not GW. I don’t know why she had to drag the damn pilots into this. JL: I didn’t Nuriko did, and they aren’t in the real story. Tasuki: Fine, where are the keys? JL: Here…and people…on with the show. A tall man floated around in nothing. He was nude ~ all angels in anime are nude unless they are young ~ and his long purple blue hair flew around him, yet there was no wind. His golden brown eyes closed as he floated around in the nothingness. “I should be in pain. I just died, for crying out loud. Is this heaven then? Hotohori-sama, Miaka- miko, even you Tasuki- san, I will miss you.” His thoughts were voiced out loud. “Brother, you have returned to me.” Said a soft sweet voice. “Kourin?” The man asked. “Hai, my tsuin. (twin)” Kourin said. “Where are you? I can’t see you.” Ryuuen said. “Ryuuen, you must go back.” Kourin said full of sorrow. “Iie, I will stay with you.” Ryuuen said firmly. “You are still young brother dear. There is another who needs your protection. It was not your time, unfortunately you will have to be reborn in her world.” Kourin said still hidden. “Iie, I just met up with you again. I will not leave you again.” Ryuuen said almost in tears. “Ryuuen, brother, Nuriko, you must go. We will see each other again. Do not worry.” Kourin said. Ryuuen saw his body start to fade. “Kourin, I love you. I will never forget you.” With that his body faded to nothing. “My tsuin, we will meet again. Megami Meiousei, I have done what you asked.” Kourin said aloud to the nothing around her. “Arigato, Kourin-san.” A woman with a regal voice said. As she walked forward Kourin was finally able to see who she was. The woman was tall, with long dark black hair, highlighted green, half of which was up in a bun. She was wearing a white body suit with a black mini skirt and sailor type collar. She had long white gloves that reached her elbows. Around the elbow was a cuff of black. She wore knee length black boots. On the body suit were two bows a deep maroon color, one was on her chest and held a garnet crest, the other on her lower back. She had on a black choker with a garnet dangling from its center. The most prominent item was the large staff she carried which resembled a long key. The very end of it was heart shaped and held a large garnet orb. “Megami Meiousei, (Goddess Pluto) will my tsuin be alright? He’s going into a different world.” Kourin asked. “Do not worry, child. Your brother will be just fine. He is strong.” Pluto said. “Please, take care of him.” Kourin begged as she too started to disappear. “We will. We shall see you soon as well.” Pluto told the little girl before she two disappeared in a swirling black warp. “You have a beautiful son, what’s his name?” A woman asked. “Ryuuen, his name is, Ryuuen.” The mother answered. I was going to end it there…but when have you known me to do a short first chapter. A tall girl walked up the steps to a beautiful Shinto Shrine. She wore the standard school uniform for her high school, dark blue skirt that came to her knees, a white blouse that had a dark blue sailor type collar and black shoes. She carried a medium size brown case with her. Her chocolate brown hair swung in its high ponytail as she walked up the steps. Her brilliant emerald eyes could see everything. Her sensitive hearing picked up the shouts of the Shrine’s Mika. The girl lowered her head in shame. She was late. “Where is that Mako-chan? She should have been here half an hour ago. Look even Usagi is here and she’s always late.” The raven-haired beauty stated. “Rei-chan, don’t worry. Mako-chan told me she had to stop at home before coming here.” The blue haired genius stated. “It’s not as if she has to check in with anybody or anything.” The blond with her hair in a big red bow said. “That wasn’t nice, Minako. Ami-chan is right though. Makoto did tell me she had to pick up something at home, though. I hope she’s alright.” The other blond said. “She’ll be fine, Usagi-chan. She’s strong.” Ami said. “Mina-chan is right though. It’s not as if she has to check in with anyone. She has the most freedom of us all, yet she always has to go home before coming here, and it’s not as if she changes.” Rei shot back. “Rei-chan, Mina-chan, I’m surprised at you. Mako-chan has been through a lot and you sit here and challenge her, without her being able to stick up for herself.” Usagi huffed. “Usagi is correct. Makoto is very sensitive about the subject of her parents and home life. I think what you just said was awful. It’s a good thing Mako-chan didn’t hear you. Poor Mako-chan, I don’t know what I would do if I lost my mother.” Ami said shaking her head. The group stopped when they head someone running away from the temple. Usagi went to go see whom it was. All she found was Makoto’s case. “Minna, I think she heard.” Usagi said as she walked back to the group. “Bachiatara, (dammit) if it’s not envy of my life style its pity. How can Rei and Minako envy my loneliness, and how can Ami and Usagi pity me? I thought they were my friends. I thought they wouldn’t question me.” Makoto however was not looking where she was going and crashed right into someone. “Gomen.” Makoto bowed. “Koto-chan?” Asked a masculine voice. Makoto looked up into the eyes of her friend. “Ruka-chan!” Makoto yelled as she forcefully hugged her friend. “Koto-chan, what’s wrong?” Haruka asked, feeling her younger friends discomfort. “They’ve been talking about me, Ruka-chan. They envy my loneliness and pity me…I hate pity.” Makoto said a bit angered. “Don’t worry Koto-chan. Here I want you to meet a friend of mine. He goes to the same school I do. Makoto meet Ryuuen. Ryuuen this is one of my good friends Makoto.” Haruka said. Makoto looked to the man next to her, as if an exact opposite of Haruka, this man was very feminine looking. He was tall, taller than her 5’8” height. He had very long purple blue hair that was braided. His eyes were a golden brown. “Konnichiwa, Makoto-san.” The man held out his hand after he had bowed. “Konnichiwa, Ryuuen-san.” Makoto had thought that this man would be weak, but his handshake was anything but. “Makoto is in her last year of high school, Riko-chan. She will be joining us next year at the art collage.” “Really?” His voice was deep yet soft, and almost musical. “Hai, I’m going into the culinary program.” Makoto said proudly. “I’ve already been accepted.” She added. “That is a wonderful thing. I hear the program’s entrance exam is very difficult. What did you get on it, Makoto- san?” He asked. Makoto turned red. “I got 100%, and please call me Mako- chan. All my friends do.” “Wow, perfect score. Very impressive, Makoto-san…I mean Mako-chan.” “Arigato, Ryuuen-san.” Makoto bowed politely. “Ahh, If we are friends then you must call me what my friends do. You must call me Nuriko.” He stated. “Hai, Nuriko-chan.” Makoto said smiling. Yelling caught her attention. “Mako-chan…where are you?” Came a whine. “Oh, Kuso,” Makoto grumbled. “Ruka-chan, Nuriko-chan, it’s been fun, but I’m running from this problem for the moment. You never saw me.” And with that Makoto was running as fast as lightning. “Wow, Ruka-chan, she could out run you if she wanted.” Nuriko stated smirking. “Wipe that smirk off your face before I beat it off.” Haruka said smiling. “Haruka-san, have you seen Mako-chan anywhere?” Usagi ran up to her panting. “We need to apologize to her.” Ami said as she caught her breath. “Hai, I have seen her. She’s not very happy with you four. It’s not her fault that she’s alone, and you go and talk about her behind her back.” Haruka said defensively. “Gomen, Haruka-san.” Rei said bowing slightly. “Ruka-chan, I’m going to go. Call me later.” Nuriko said as turned to walk off. “Sure thing Riko-chan. Ja Ne!” Haruka called after him. “Ja Na!” He called back before walking into the crowd. “Ja na? You mean that was a guy?” Minako asked. “Yes actually, and one of my good friends. You seem surprised, yet if I remember correctly, I am a woman that looks like a man, and at least a quarter of out enemies have been men that look like women.” Haruka said tonelessly. “Haruka-san, was Makoto that upset with up?” Usagi asked. “Hai, although she wouldn’t show it. Leave her be until tomorrow. She needs time to think.” Haruka said as she too walked away, leaving the remaining girls staring at her retreating form. “I will never understand her, or any of the other outers for that matter.” Rei said shaking her head. “Makoto included.” Minako said. “There you go again, talking about her.” Usagi yelled. “I’m just stating a fact.” Minako said suddenly. “This is not the place to discuss these matters.” Ami said looking around at the other people. “You’re right Ami-chan. Let’s just go home and call it a day, can we?” Usagi asked. “Hai!” Was the reply of the other girls. Nuriko walked the same way he had seen Makoto run. He wanted to know the reason she was so sad, yet so happy-go- lucky at the same time. He didn’t want to feel like a stalker, yet right now that’s what he felt like. Haruka had talked about Makoto quite a lot. Haruka felt as if Makoto was like her little sister, and being as close as he and Haruka were, she had wanted him to know about her, she never mentioned how beautiful she was though. He continued to walk coming to the large park that was in the center of Tokyo. Since he couldn’t find her he might as well go sit in the park for a while. He loved walking around the park. It reminded him of his past. Yes he remembered being one of Miaka’s senshi. He remembered dying by the enemy’s own hand. He also remembered his lost love. It wasn’t really his lost love. As Nuriko he had tried to uphold his sister’s honor and live her life. Kourin would have loved him. His brief trip down memory lane was broken when he heard someone singing. Everybody's got a million questions Everybody wants to know the score What you went through It's something you Should be over now Everybody wants to hear the secrets That you never told a soul before And it's not that strange Because it wouldn't change What happened anyhow But you swore to yourself a long time ago There were some things that people never needed to know This is one that you keep That you bury so deep No one can tear it out And you can't talk about it Because you're following a code of silence You're never gonna lose the anger You just deal with it a different way And you can't talk about it And isn't that a kind of madness To be living by a code of silence When you've really got a lot to say You don't want to lose a friendship There' s nothing that you have to hide And a little dirt couldn't hurt no one anyway And you still have a rage inside you That you carry with certain pride In the only part of a broken heart That you could never save But you've been through it once, you know how it ends You don't see the point of going through it again, And this ain't the place, and this ain't the time, And neither’s any other day So you can't talk about it Because your following a code of silence You're never gonna lose the anger You just deal within it a different way So you can't talk about it And isn't that a kind of madness To be living by a code of silence When you've really got a lot to say I know you well enough to tell you've got your reasons That's not the kind of code you're inclined to break Some things unknown are best left alone forever And if a vow is what it takes Haven't you paid for your mistakes After the moment passes And the impulse disappears You can still hold back Because you don't crack very easily It's a time honored resolution Because the danger is always near It's with you now But that ain't how it was supposed to be And it's hard to believe after all these years That it still gives you pain and it still brings tears And you feel like a fool, because in spite of your rules You've got a memory But you can't talk about it Because you're following a code of silence You're never gonna lose the anger You just deal with it a different way But you can't talk about it And isn't that a kind of madness To be living by a code of silence When you've really got a lot to say Nuriko walked a little further and saw Makoto sitting by the edge of the lake, dipping her feet into the water. “Was that her singing?” He asked himself. “Riko-chan?” He recognized that voice. “I wanted to make sure she was alright.” Nuriko told his friend. “I understand. She is strong yet very fragile.” Haruka said. “What happened to her?” He asked, wanted to know more about her. “It’s a long story. Let’s go back to my place and I’ll tell you.” Haruka said. “Hai!” “When Makoto was very young, her parents left on a business trip. They never came back. On the day they were to return the plane went down over the Atlantic. The plane was found, but her parents were not. Makoto had no other living relatives, except for an aunt in Europe. The aunt did not want the child; thus she was thrown to the government. She became very hard. Her emotions were hardened. No one wanted a little girl like that. At the age of 14 she was given permission to get her own apartment. As long as it was in a government sanctioned building. So Makoto has lived on her own since she was 14. At that time she didn’t want to have anything to do with anyone. She became very hard, and became a fighting machine. She was kicked out of her school, and sent to a private one that dealt with that type of behavior. While there she befriended a boy and a girl. She protected them. While there she was also introduced to her first boyfriend. He used her, but Makoto didn’t care. For the first time in years she felt loved, but that shattered when he dumped her. Luckily her best friend Shinozaki was there to protect her. She had told me that she tried to kill herself, but he saved her life. Since that day she had softened slightly. Shortly after that she switched schools to go to the district she’s in now. She was shunned because of her height. She was even forced to wear her old uniform because of it. From day one she was the outcast, but that’s when Usagi befriended her. To tell you the truth, she doesn’t have many friends. She still talks to the two from her other school, and other than that she has the four you met today, myself and Michiru, Hotaru, Setsuna, and Usagi’s boyfriend and his friend Mamoru and Motoki. Other than that she has no one.” Haruka finished her long story, leaving out the fact that she was destined to be their friends. That’s what saddened her the most. Only three of her friends were by her choice. Motoki was always around though. He did work at Crown. “She has me.” Nuriko stated. Haruka smiled a bit. “She has you. What do you think of my little Koto- chan?” Haruka asked with an evil glint in her eye. “Come on Ruka-chan. I only met her for, tops, fifteen minutes.” Nuriko stated. “Riko-chan, just don’t hurt her. As I said she’s fragile.” Haruka said. “As I said before, we are friends. I don’t hurt my friends.” Nuriko challenged. “Very well, Riko-chan. Want to watch the race?” Asked Haruka. “Why not.” Nuriko said leaning back as Haruka put on the TV. “He was nice.” She thought to herself. She was still seated by the lake. “Ruka-chan has interesting friends, though. Why did he feel familiar though?” Makoto continued to think. She was oblivious to the set of eyes that were glaring at her. The being with the eyes was moving a tentacle like hand towards her. Makoto looked up to see the moonless night. She could see Jupiter, her home planet, twinkling brightly. At this point the tentacle wrapped itself around Makoto. She barely had time to push the all call on her communicator. Sitting in the living room two friends were tossing popcorn at one another. A beeping sound came from one. She stopped and opened her watch. “Hello?” All that was heard was static, but the symbol of Jupiter was blinking showing who had sent the signal. “Koto-chan.” The person whispered. “Ruka-chan what’s wrong?” Nuriko asked. “I have to go.” Haruka said worried. “I’m going with you.” He said determined. “You can’t. I can’t let you get hurt.” Haruka stated. “I won’t. Ruka-chan, trust me.” He pleaded. “What I’m about to do must never be told to anyone. Uranus Planet Power- Make Up!” Before his eyes, his best friend had gone through an amazing transformation. “You’re Sailor Uranus?” He asked. “Hai, and Koto-chan is in very deep trouble.” She said quickly. “Is she also part of the senshi?” He asked finally understanding his friends reasons for cancellations and such since he’s known her. “Hai, she is Sailor Jupiter, the middle senshi, and the most mysterious of all besides Pluto. I will explain later, but do you understand why I must go alone?” Uranus said frantic now. “Hai, but I have a secret of my own.” With that he unbuttoned his shirt to show the Yanagi (Willow) symbol on his shoulder. “I too am a warrior, but not of this error, time, or dimension. I will help you to save Mako-chan, and then I will tell you who I am as well.” Nuriko stated. “Hai, we have much to speak of.” Uranus said running at top speeds from the house. She was amazed that Nuriko was able to keep up with her in Senshi form. “He said he was also a warrior.” She thought. In less than a minute flat they reached where the signal had come from. “Koto-chan?” Uranus yelled. Makoto was no where to be found. TBC Well I hope you enjoyed. It’s now almost 230 in the morning. Dinner has well left my system and my SoBe is all gone. I hope I didn’t offend anyone by the slight change in Haruka’s character. And yes I realize she would be the least likely to show someone her secret, but she’s been friends with the guy for a while now, and if I didn’t have her secret come out, then neither would Nuriko’s. Anyway…I don’t plan on making this a long fic…unless I get good reviews. Anyway…yeah. Tasuki: Brilliant ending. JL: Listen here Fang Boy, I love you and all, but I’m tired, cranky, and am in no mood for you right now. No to mention I have a drooling, sleeping, Duo on one leg and a drooling, sleeping, Nuriko on the other. Tasuki: HAHAHA, looks like you’re stuck for a while. JL: Be nice or I won’t tell you the prank. Tasuki: Oh what did you do. Tell me. JL: I braided their hair together. Wufei: Now, onna, that was brilliant. Tasuki: I agree. JL: I’m gonna hear it in the morning, but they love me too much to kill me. Well they love my cooking too much to kill me. I still love them though. Tasuki: Just when I thought she was on our side. JL: Shut up, Fangy. Don’t forget kiddies, reviews are welcome, required, treasured, loved, saved forever, and flames are used to keep me from messing with Tasuki’s tessen. Remember flames don’t hurt pyromaniacs…they only make us happy. Ja Ne Minna!
