	Okay, how many fics are out there have Sailor Moon, champion
of justice fighting youma's?  About a thousand right?  Well, this
is not one of them.  It's kind of dark, but I won't give away
any spoilers, I'm just saying it's not like the other fics.
Are ya hooked yet?
	Basically, the characters all have the same facets and
personality traits, but the storyline is different.  This is what
Sailor Moon would have been like if it's written by me.  (Not
that I have anything against Naoko-sensei.  She's great!)

Change of Heart, Entrance into the Wormhole
Part Eight (8)



	"Can someone please tell me what the hell happened back
there?!"  Ken asked again.  Lita put a hand on his to calm him down. 
She was use to his sometimes out of control spunk, but didn't want
the others to get the idea that he was usually this....this...this
weird.
	Hera lept onto the table infront of everyone and took a look
at each and every one of them closely.  She hoped they still had the
same powers they had back in the Silver Millenium because it was the
only way to save Serena.
	"Hera, you have to tell us how to save her.  You were the
only one who knew this was going to happen.  Please, we have to save
her."  Lita begged her small cat.
	"Yes, please.  We have to save Serena.  She's still good.  I
don't know what's wrong with her right now, but inside, she's still
the same meatball head."  Darien said, hoping that this wasn't the
last time he would ever see her.
	Hera nodded to herself, trying to think of what to do.  It
was in plain sight that they wanted to save Serena.  She had never
done it before, use the crystal for this power, but she knew it was
possible.
	"Hera, can you please explain what happened?"  Ami asked
calmly.
	"Yes, please explain what we just saw!"  Luna demanded, "It's
about time you told us SOMETHING.  You've been holding out on us ever
since you got here.  For once, put your duty aside and help save our
friend."
	All seven pairs of eyes, four of them feline pleaded toward
Hera, begging her to spill the beans.  Hera's tail twitched to and
fro, as if choosing the road to take.
	"Okay,"  Hera agreed, "You have to listen to me and don't
doubt anything I say okay?  All I am telling you is what I was
taught.  It's fact up to my knowledge."
	Everyone nodded silently, waiting for her to start.
	Hera looked at everyone, then said, "Might as well get
comfortable.  This is a long story.  I'll start from the begining so
that no one will be left in the dark."
	She looked around in silence, seeing that all eyes were on
her.  She then realized that she had to tell them everything she
knew, because they were giving her their trust, letting her know that
they would believe every word that she would say.

	When I was young, I had been taught and trained since birth
to be a guardian cat.  They said I had the potential and that I would
be the very best pick of the litter.  They taught me to speak
elequently and to enunciate like royalty.  Most of all, they taught
me loyalty.  I learned never to give away your trust too easily and
never let down anyone else's trust. 
	The day I first met my new master was the most exciting day
of my life.  I was still a young kitten, full of all the impatience
and expectancies of a child.  I knew my responsibility was to be
companion and instructor to her.  
	Princess Jupiter was the most lonely person I had ever met. 
She had plenty of people to care for her, but she was still so off in
her own world.  No, her head was set straight, but she just wasn't
very sociable.  Gradually, I began to recognize every part of her
movement.  A hand movement would mean she wanted to be left alone.  A
sag in the shoulder meant she was sad.  A certain turn in her head
would mean she was in a good mood.
	Whenever I could, I would catch her in the gardens, sitting
alone and just staring at the petals of different blooms.  She seemed
perfectly content with her life, so who was I to say what was healthy
and what was not.  I was obedient and tagged beside her.  I enjoyed
her company because she didn't have to talk just to fill in the
silence.  She seemed happy for the peace and seldom said anything
unless it was absolutely nesscessary.
	The day Princess Jupiter and I were called to serve the Moon
Kingdom was the most gloomiest day I've ever lived.  I remember, it
was on a day when the Moon was it's brightest, seen on Jupiter.  A
courier was sent with the message that the Moon Princess had called
for yet, another scout.  Everyone was happy.  A big celebration was
held on the night of our departure.  
	No, I was wrong.  The gloomiest day was the day we first set
foot on the Moon.  When the two of us stepped out of teleport mirrors
and onto the Moon, I could feel it.  The heavy feeling that we were
getting into something bad.  No one was there to greet us.  Only the
teleport manager was there, telling us the directions to Queen
Serenity's studies, where we were suppose to meet.
	Princess Jupiter quietly walked toward the study, looking at
this and that as if she were in a new land with hidden treasures.  I
looked too, but with different eyes.  I looked for what might be
signs of warning, omens that we were not suppose to be there.  I
found none and was somewhat comforted to see the smiling face of
Queen Serenity when she saw us.
	"Princess Jupiter, welcome to the family."  Queen Serenity
greeted and came over to hug her.
	Princess Jupiter returned the hug politely and replied, "I'm
glad to be of service, my Queen."
	Queen Serenity looked down at me, then gave me a smile, "You
must be Hera.  Welcome also.  I hope you two will come and think of
this as your home away from home."
	Princess Jupiter and I nodded.  I was beginning to feel at
ease, dispite that sinking feeling that still lingered.  There was a
moment of silence, neither of us knowing what to do, just stood
awkwardly.
	"I'm sorry I don't have the time to show you to your rooms,
but my daughter would be happy to do it."  Queen Serenity said and
pointed to a girl standing in the back, whom neither Jupiter nor I
had noticed on the way in.
	"Ofcourse I would, Mother."  The girl said with a troublesome
tone.  As I look at her, I could sense the chill in my bones as she
looked us over with her icy blue eyes.
	"Princess Jupiter, this is my daughter, Princess Serenity." 
Queen Serenity introduced us, "And the guardian cat of Jupiter,
Hera."
	"Please to meet you two,"  Serenity said, not showing too
much sincerity.
	"Likewise,"  Princess Jupiter replied.
	"Follow me, I will show you to your room."  Serenity said and
spun on her heels.  We followed Serenity quickly out of the study,
amazed at how fast that girl seemed to float on the marble tiles.
	"Are you in a rush to go somewhere?  If you are, I'm sure we
could find the room by ourselves.  If we're keeping you, that is." 
Princess Jupiter offered.
	"Don't tell me what to do!"  Serenity snapped, "I am your
superior, not vice versa.  You are expected to follow my explicit
orders or else."
	Jupiter exchanged a worried glance with me, but we kept
quiet.  Since then, I knew that this wasn't going to be easy, living
here in the Moon Kingdom under the order of the Moon Princess, who
seemed to be more of a brat than a princess.
	When Princess Jupiter met General Nephryte, it was like a
dark cloud had been lifted from above.  A ray of sunshine, of hope
shone in through Jupiter's monotonous life.  By then, she had grown
accustomed to the many orders that Serenity often layed out and had
learned to keep her mouth shut and not to talk back, even though she
rarely did.  She made keen friends with Princess Venus, another
princess called to the Moon Kingdom shortly after Princess Jupiter
was.  Two of the earlier princess, Mars and Mercury seemed to keep to
themselves most of the time, but who's to tell because under
Serenity's strick eyes, socializing was not an option.
	Princess Jupiter looked forward to every future meeting with
General Nephryte, not worrying or even thinking about the hard work
she had to do and the horrible life she was forced to lead. 
Ofcourse, Serenity forbid any socializing at all, not to mention
courting.  Nephryte and Jupiter met each other when no one was
around, as not to risk having Serenity finding out and getting
furious with another of her tantrums.  
	The horrid day that I found out General Nephryte had been
turned against us, I hoped that Jupiter would never find out.  It was
too late. When I turned around to look for her, I found she was on
her way to Earth right then, to help fight.  I went back to planet
Jupiter to keep track of her better, and felt myself die inside when
I learned she had been slayed.  Slayed by the hands of her love.  I
wanted to be there with her, since I haven't seen a day or remembered
one where she wasn't around.  
	They, the King and Queen, as a last duty put me in that time
travel canister to be sent to future Earth to look for Princess
Jupiter, to make sure she leads a better life.

	"What does that have anything to do with Serena?"  Rei asked
after Hera told her story of the past.
	 "Don't you understand?"  Hera asked, "Serenity is back, in
Serena's body."
	 "How can we get Serena back?  That's all I want to know." 
Darien asked.
	"The only way to get Serena back is to eradicate Serenity for
good.  Then, Serena can have her body back and still be Sailor Moon,
the one who fights for love and justice."  Hera said.
	"But how do we find her?  Were did she go?"  Mina asked.
	"That's what I was about to tell you,"  Hera said.
	Everyone was leaning forward in there seats, ready to grab on
to every word.
	"Serena- no, Serenity jumped into a wormhole," Hera told
them.
	"A what?!"  Lita asked.
	"A worm hole.  It is used to travel to different dimensions." 
Ami explained, "I have heard of those before, but I never knew they
actually existed."
	"They exist, but only if you have the proper device to open
them and to control them."  Hera said.
	Luna spoke up, "She used the Silver Imperium Crystal to open
it and dissapeared with it.  How do we follow her?  We don't have the
crystal!" 
	"Yeah, if we don't have the crystal, then what are we suppose
to do, wait for some worm hole to appear and jump in?"  Darien asked,
"I can't wait that long.  I want Serena back."
	"No one said anything about waiting,"  Hera said, "But we
need some help."
	"Help?"  Lita asked.
	"Yes.  You scouts can't really remember anything, so we need
someone who can remember, besides me because I'm not too sure I can
remember EVERYTHING."  Hera said.
	"Jadeite and Nephryte remember!"  Rei suggested.
	"Yes.  I'll go over and get them.  Just give me a minute," 
Hera said and leaped out the window to climb down to the third story
apartment.
	"Do you know what she's planning to do?"  Luna asked the
others.
	"Not a clue,"  Mina said.
	"Me neither," everyone said at once.
	Lita looked at Ken, who was sitting beside her and holding
her hand.  Unconsciously, her hand would sometimes meet with his hand
and both of them wouldn't even know it.  She noticed how quiet he's
been and that he hasn't said a world yet after Hera's story.
	"Ken, is something wrong?"  Lita asked.
	Ken looked at her and smiled, "No, nothing is wrong.  Don't
worry."
	He looked at her, all the love he had for her about to burst. 
But words kept echoing through his mind, "She WILL realize her
feelings for Nephryte."  Hera's words engraved on his skull.  Hera
had struck him more and caused him more pain than any enemy ever
will.  He realized that he was afraid.  Afraid that he would lose
Lita to Nephryte.  No, he couldn't tell her.  Not yet, anyway. 
	"Okay, if anything is wrong, just tell me okay?"  Lita asked.
	"Sure,"  Ken replied.
	"What do you guys think about Hera?"  Lita asked, changing
the subject and turning to the others.
	"She's kind of offensive,"  Rei said, "But that's not
important.  Finding Serena is more important."
	"Rei is right.  We have to do everything we can to find
Serena and bring her back."  Ami agreed.
	The doorbell rang, which probably meant Hera was back with
Jadeite and Nephryte.  Lita went to open it, hoping that Nephryte
wouldn't start going into another drama act.
	"Hera told us what happened,"  Jadeite said once he stepped
into the room.
	"Please, sit down." Lita said politely like a good host.
	Jadeite sat on the floor next to Rei. Nephryte scanned the
room quickly, his heart sank when he saw Lita pass him and sit next
to Ken.  He sat in the only available space, the floor next to
Jadeite and waited for instructions on what they were suppose to do.
	"You guys know about the Golden Imperium Crystal right?" 
Hera asked after everyone had their ears open.
	"Yes, I remember."  Nephryte said.  He remembered all the
power that was contained in that crystal, all the power that could be
released.
	"So do I,"  Jadeite said.
	"The what?!"  Luna exclaimed.  Never in her life, had she
heard of such a thing.  She thought that if it did exist, she would
have known about it.
	"The Golden Imperium Crystal is the counterpart of the Silver
Imperium Crystal.  It has similar powers,"  Hera trailed off.
	"But?"  Rei asked.
	"But what?"  Hera said.
	"There's a but in there right?  One exception?"  Rei replied. 
She knew that there were always exeptions that would spoil a perfect
plan.
	"But the Golden Imperium Crystal is more powerful,"  Jadeite
continued for the confused cat.
	"It is?"  Mina asked.
	"Yes, it is."  Jadeite explained.
	"What exactly does it do?"  Lita asked.  She had never
understood the full power of the Silver Imperium Crystal, and now
there was another one?
	"I think I should explain the whole thing first,"  Hera said.
	"Someone better because I have no idea what's going on,"  Ken
said.
	"Okay, I'll start from the beginning,"  Hera said, she
started, "The Silver Imperium Crystal is bigger than it looks."
	Confused gazes were exchanged throughout each scout.
	"It has an almost infinite amount of powers,"  Hera
continued, "I know what you all are thinking.  Where do all these
powers come from?  From the whole universe.  You see, our universe is
inside the Silver Imperium Crystal."
	"I don't quite understand,"  Mina interupted.
	"Let me finish explaining.  Okay, picture this.  You have a
fish bowl full of small fish.  You are holding their universe in your
hands. They don't know what's beyond that because they only know
what's in the fish bowl right?"
	Everyone nodded in agreement and understanding.
	"We are the fish.  The fish bowl is the Silver Imperium
Crystal."  Hera said, "You all are asking why then, is the Silver
Crystal here, right?  If we are in it, then how can it be in itself? 
It's not suppose to be here!  That's why.  It's not suppose to exist
in solid form for so long.  It is suppose to exist, only as
anti-matter, a small piece of it in all of you.  When the seven
rainbow crystals were found-"
	"-you know about the seven rainbow crystals?"  Luna asked.
	"Yes.  They are the elements that make up the Silver Imperium
Crystal.  One rainbow crystal for each element.  Water, Fire, Land,
Wind, Ice, Heart, and Life.  Together, they make the Silver Imperium
Crystal and the whole universe."
	"But that doesn't explain where the hell Serena went!" 
Darien exclaimed impatiently.  The only thing in his mind was that
Serena might be in danger.
	"Just hold on!"  Hera snapped, "This is important.  In each
of the four inner scouts, they hold a part of the Golden Imperium
Crustal.  This Golden Crystal is the only thing that can defeat the
Silver Imperium Crystal and make it into anti-matter again."
	"So what's in the Golden Crystal?"  Lita asked.  If the
universe was in the Silver Imperium Crystal, there had to be
something important in the Golden Crystal.
	"The universe plus all the power and the Silver Crystal," 
Hera replied, "The Golden Crystal is also not suppose to stay in
solid form for too long or else the universe will get crushed under
it's own weight."
	"Let's get the Golden Crystal and find Serena then!"  Rei
said.
	"Do we even know where Serena is?"  Darien asked.
	"I do,"  Hera said, "She traveled into another dimension."
	"What?!"  Everyone in the room screamed.
	"She traveled into another dimension,"  Hera said calmly.
	"Can you please explain THAT?"  Rei asked.
	"Do you ever wonder what would happen if you did something
different?  If you took this bus instead of the other?  If you dated
this person instead of the other?  It's like a fork in the road.  If
you take one road, it leads to one thing, while the other leads to
another.  Well, actually, you DID do the things you didn't."  Hera
stated.
	"Huh?"  Mina asked.
	"Okay, let me see how I can explain it.  There's a fork in
the road.  One leads west and one leads east.  You decide to take the
east road.  You reach the end of the east road and come to a small
town.  You're wondering what happened if you took the west road. 
Actually, you DID.  Your body divided itself, to put it in laymans
terms.  One took the west, one took the east.  The part that took the
west is there, wondering what was in the east.  Get it?" 
	"Kind of,"  Ami said.
	"I guess a little.  It's like you, but in another place,
right?"  Lita asked.
	"You could put it that way,"  Hera said, "Anyway, Serena
opened a wormhole with the Silver Crystal.  The wormhole probably
lead to another dimension where things would have been if someone had
done something different.  It's a whole different world that she
jumped into."
	"How do we go and find her?"  Darien asked.
	"I just told you,"  Hera said, "The Golden Crystal can open
up the same wormhole and we can go in after Serena."
	"So let's go!"  Rei exclaimed.
	"Not so fast,"  Hera said.  "We can't go right now."
	"Why not?  Serena might be in danger,"  Darien said.
	"Wrong.  Serena is NOT in danger.  She's far from being in
danger.  Remember, Serenity took over her.  Trust me, Serenity can
take care of herself just fine.  Serena will be fine when we find
her,"  Hera assured Darien.
	"So when are we going?"  Nephryte asked.
	"We?"  Lita replied, looking at him, "Why are you going? 
This isn't your business.  It's part of the scout business."
	"He's and Jadeite are the only one who knows about the Golden
Crystal and it's powers.  Incase what I say might be a little off or
something happens to me, these two will know what to do."
	"So they have to come with us?"  Ami asked.
	"If they want to, that is."  Hera added.
	"Do you?"  Rei asked the two ex-generals.
	"I'm going to go and help you guys.  Serena seemed to be
really close to all of you guys.  I'd do anything to get rid of
Serenity, though."  Jadeite said.
	"Same here,"  Nephryte said, keeping his eyes focused on
Lita.	
	"So that settles it.  Everyone who is here in this room is
going right?  Anyone want out with this?"  Hera asked, "If so, please
state that right now."
	No one declined to go.  All of them were willing to go head
on into this and bring Serena back with determination.  None of them
were going to leave without her.
	"We'll all meet back here tommorow morning at ten.  Is that
clear?  That will give you time to sort things out with your parents
and everything else.  I don't know how long we will be gone, but not
too long or else it would put a strain on the balance of worlds." 
Hera said.
	"Why can't we leave right now?"  Lita asked.
	"You all need your sleep and rest.  Get a good night's sleep
and come back tommorow morning."  Hera said.
	"It's getting kind of late.  I should be going,"  Ami said,
"I'll clear it with my mom and see you guys tommorow morning then."
	"Me too,"  Mina said and followed Ami out.
	"Is there anything we have to bring?"  Rei asked.
	"Nothing important.  I'm not sure what the other world might
be like that we are going into.  It's totally unpredictable."  Hera
confessed.
	"I'll go with them,"  Rei said and went to catch up with the
two other girls.
	"Tomorrow then. We'll get Serena and come back."  Darien said
hopefully.
	"Only by killing Serenity,"  Nephryte added.
	Darien looked at him, pain in his eyes, "If we must, then it
has to be done."
	"It's a good thing you don't remember what happened in the
past then."  Hera mumbled.
	"Let's go,"  Darien said to Luna and Artemis, "You can come
stay in my apartment."
	"Are you sure you know what you're getting us into?"  Luna
asked Hera.
	"Sure as I'll ever be,"  Hera answered, "It's all we have to
start with."
	"We'd better go too, then."  Nephryte said, standing up.
	"Yeah, tomorrow then."  Jadeite said.
	"Wait up,"  Hera said, "I want to discuss some things with
you about what we are about to do."   She followed the two
ex-generals out the door to their apartment.
	That left Lita and Ken alone on the couch.  Lita put her head
on Ken's shoulder and closed her eyes for a second.  She felt Ken
sigh beside her and looked up at him.  Something was not right.  She
could tell by the look on his face.  He was thinking hard about
something.
	"Kennie, what's wrong?"  Lita asked.
	"Nothing important.  The important thing is that we have to
find Serena and bring her back."  Ken said.
	"But what's wrong with you?  All evening, there's been
something pestering right?"  Lita asked, almost cross-examinating
him.
	Ken gave her a forced smile.  He knew he couldn't hide from
her.  They knew each other too well.  "It's just what Hera said to me
this morning. It just got stuck in my head.  Nothing big."
	"What did Hera say?"  Lita asked suddenly.  She was already
aware of the way the small cat would play words to suit her needs and
to mangle everyone else's.
	"Nothing important,"  Ken said, dismissing it.
	"No, tell me.  Did she say something bad?"  
	"All she said was that one day, you would realize your true
feelings for Nephryte, okay?  No biggie.  Just get off it already." 
Ken snapped, instantly sorry when the words left his mouth.
	"What?!"  Lita exclaimed.  "Don't believe her!  That someday
would might as well be February 31 because it's not going to happen! 
I don't like Nephryte like that!  I'm not sure if I even like him. 
Kennie, I like you, even love you.  You have to believe me when I say
that.  I would never leave you.  You know how much we've been
through.  It's a bond that ties us."
	"I guess you're right.  But what about back then?"  Ken asked
timidly, tredging on such thin ice.
	"There was nothing back then!  It wasn't me back then.  It
was Princess Jupiter, not me."  Lita repeated, wondering how many
times she would have to repeat it for it to go through everyone,
including Hera's head.  She looked at Ken, her intense gaze
softening, "That really hurt you didn't it?  What Hera said.  I'm
sorry she's so....well....she's so blunt.  But it's not true, Ken."
	Ken put an arm around Lita and hugged her tightly, "I'm just
afraid of losing you.  Everyday, I wake up and ask myself if Lita
still loves me.  Everytime I see you, I wonder what attracts you to
me.  You're the kind of person that has guys standing in line just to
wave to you.  I don't know why you like me."
	Lita didn't know why, but what Ken said really hit her as a
surprise.  It wasn't everyday that Ken told her what really scared
him.  She didn't know how to make him feel better.  All she could say
was, "Oh, Ken.  Don't say that.  You don't have to be afraid of
losing me.  I'll be yours forever.  I don't think there are too many
guys lining up for me, actually.  And if you haven't noticed, you're
not too bad yourself.  You have that extremely cute smile that you
put on, and you're really caring, and sharing, and funny. I guess
that's why I love you."
	Ken smiled and planted a kiss on Lita's head.  He felt better
now, like a huge burden was lifted off his chest.  Just then, Hera
jumped into the window and landed on the counter.  She looked at Ken
and Lita, cuddled together like that and sighed.  
	<When will she realize he's not the one?>  Hera asked
herself, wondering if she should go slap some sense into the child.	
	"Ahem,"  Hera cleared her throat so they would remember they
were not alone in that room.
	Lita looked up from Ken's embrace and stared at Hera,
analyzing her almost.  She frowned and got up, walking to her.  Hera
knew that she was in for it.  Lita didn't look very happy with her.  
	"I need to talk to you in the kitchen, Hera."  Lita said
rather strictly.
	Hera hung her head down and obeyed, sulking into the kitchen. 
Lita turned, and winked at Ken before she closed the partitions that
divided the kitchen from the dining room.  Lita turned around
stealthly and glared for a long time at Hera.
	If looks could kill, Hera would have been long gone by then. 
Hera literally shriveled under Lita's immense gaze. 
	"What did I do?"  Hera asked, gathering up some courage. 
Over the little amount of time she had known Lita, she knew that Lita
was very strong willed and had a very sharp glare.
	"You tell me,"  Lita replied, letting go of the look and
leaning on the wall lazily.
	"Is this a trick?"  Hera asked.  She didn't want to turn
herself in.
	"No, why would it be a trick?"  Lita asked, still unsmiling.
	"What is this all about?!"  Hera asked, getting impatient.
	"This is about what you did to Ken,"  Lita told her.
	"I didn't do a thing to him.  What are you talking about?" 
Hera asked.  She really believed she didn't do anything to him.
	"You hurt him,"  Lita said, seeing if she had any memory of
what she said that morning.
	"I did not!"  Hera deffended.
	"Your exact words were, 'Having doubts?  I told you she WILL
realize what she felt for Nephryte in the Silver Millenium,' do you
remember that, Hera?!"  Lita was practically shouting now.  She
couldn't stand it when Ken was hurt and she tried everything she
could to make him better, make whoever hurt him pay, just like he
would do for her.  Yes, Lita knew how to forgive, but not on crucial
things like that.  
	"So what if I said that?  You know it's true."  Hera said
deffiently.
	"It's not true!  I am NOT Princess Jupiter!  I'm not the same
person you remember from the Silver Millenium.  Just remember that! 
And when you said that, you hurt Ken really bad.  You hurt him more
than you know.  I want you to apologize to him."  Lita said.
	"Why should I apologize to him when I know I'm right?"  Hera
asked, jutting her lower lip out.
	Lita sighed, she couldn't believe how stubborn this little
cat was.  Such a long time confined into that capsule had undoubtly
made Hera forget what humanity was. 
	"Hera,"  Lita tried to say calmly, "I don't know where you
learned your attitude from, but act like that around here and I will
guarantee that no one will be around you.  Ever heard of humanity? 
It's when you consider who you hurt, who will be hurt and you don't
do it because of the fact that you know it's wrong.  Why are you
acting like this?!  I know they didn't train you to act like this in
the Silver Millenium."
	"In case you haven't noticed, I'm not exactly human."  
	"I don't care what you are!  You can't treat my friends like
that.  You can't treat anyone like that around here!  What's your
problem anyway?"  Lita asked.
	Hera was speechless.  She thought deeply about everything
Lita was lashing out at her.  Was that how she really seemed to
people on the outside?  Was she just another nuissance cat that went
around bossing people around?  Hera looked up at her with feline
eyes.  She saw her with a new meaning.  She saw that this girl, this
take charge girl who didn't let people boss her around, this was a
totally different girl than Princess Jupiter.  Princess Jupiter
didn't tell people how they were really acting.  Princess Jupiter was
the kind of person that would go with the flow.  But Lita, she was
the kind who would never let what she thought was wrong pass her by.
	"Hera, are you listening to me?"  Lita asked, a little
gentler this time.
	"Yes, you're right."  Hera said softly.
	"I am?!"  Lita exclaimed.  She didn't expect this fiesty cat
to agree with her this easily.  This had to be some sort of trap. 
Lita squinted her eyes and looked at Hera suspiciously, wondering
what she would say next.
	"I have been acting a bit...bitchy lately.  I'm sorry, Lita. 
I'm sorry it took me this long to realize that you and Princess
Jupiter are two different kind of people.  I'll remember that from
now on, and if I do forget, you just lay it on me, okay?"  Hera
apologized, actually feeling better after she did.
	"I don't know what to say,"  Lita started, "I didn't really
expect you to change, after all-"
	"I'm not usually like this,"  Hera interupted her, "I guess I
just made a bad first impression you these first couple of days.  I
promise you that I don't act so bossy most of the time.  I don't know
why I acted like I did.  You were right, being trapped in that
capsule didn't do too good for my attitude.  Will you forgive me?"
	Lita shrugged, "I could, but I'm not sure about Ken."
	"I'll go apologize to him,"  Hera said instantly.
	"Okay,"  Lita said, still a little stunned from the sudden
change of things.  She followed Hera out of the kitchen and up to
Ken, who was standing, getting ready to go.
	"Ken?"  Hera asked.
	"Hmm?"  Ken turned to her, not looking too mad.  Actually, he
didn't look mad at all.
	"I'm sorry about what I said this morning.  I'm sorry if I
hurt your feelings.  You as much right to earn Lita's love as
Nephryte did Princess Jupiter."  
	Lita blushed at that, but didn't say anything.
	"So are you apologizing?"  Ken asked.
	"If you're forgiving me,"  Hera retorted.
	"Sure.  I guess you just said a few things that you didn't
mean.  Everyone does that every once in a while."  Ken said.
	"So we're still friends?"  Hera asked hopefully.  She wanted
to get to know this Knight and see what really attracted Lita to him.
	"Who knows.  It's still too early to tell that, isn't it?"  
	Hera looked at him, thinking he was serious, but saw his
face, smiling and saw he was joking.  
	Ken looked at Lita and said, "I'll see you in the morning,
Lita.  Get a good night's sleep, who knows how hectic tomorrow will
be."
	Lita smiled and gave him a goodnight kiss.  He went out the
door quickly into the cold hallway of the apartment.  Lita turned
around after double-locking the door and saw Hera frowning at
herself.
	"What's wrong, Hera?"  Lita asked.
	"I was just thinking about Nephryte,"  Hera mumbled.
	Lita sighed, "What about him?"
	"Yeah, what about him?  Don't you have ANY feeling for him?" 
Hera tried, not acting too pushy this time.
	"No, nothing that goes beyond being friends."  Lita said.
	"So what about him?  What are we going to do about him?  He's
really sensitive and I know that he's still hoping he has a chance." 
Hera said sadly.
	"Well, there WAS this girl Molly that Nephryte seemed to like
when he worked for the Negaverse."  Lita added, "She has a boyfriend,
Melvin now, but I'm sure she still likes him."
	Hera shook her head, "I don't think that would work, or he
would have realized his feelings for this Molly girl by now.  His
body was just an empty shell when he worked for the Negaverse. 
Whatever feeling he had for her died when his job died."
	"I guess there's no chance with that then,"  Lita sighed. 
She felt she sighed a whole lifetime of sighs that night.
	"Go to sleep, we'll talk about it when something happens. 
You need a lot of rest for tomorrow.  Just as Ken says, it's going to
be a hectic day."  Hera curled on the sofa and went to sleep right
there.


	The next morning, Lita woke up and wondered if the night
before was just a dream.  The sun had already filtered through her
curtains, casting a green glow on things around her.  She looked at
her clock on her night stand, but saw Hera sitting there looking at
her.	
	"How long have you been here?"  Lita asked, yawning.
	"About an hour,"  Hera replied non-chalantly.
	"Doing what?"
	"Waiting for you to wake up,"  Hera said.
	"You could have just woke me up."
	"No, you needed your sleep."  Hera shook her head.
	"Well, since I'm up, what do you want for breakfast?"  Lita
got up and put on her robe.
	"I ate already.  You left some of your cookies on the table
so I ate them."  Hera said sheepishly.	
	"So, a cat with a sweet tooth?"  Lita joked and went into the
bathroom.  Just as she stepped in, she heard the doorbell. 
	<Who could be here this early?  At least I don't have to
worry it's Mina.  She's never on time,>  Lita thought as she went to
get the door.  Thinking of being on time made her think of Serena and
made her all the more determined to bring her back.
	"Coming,"  Lita shouted when she heard the door buzzer again. 
	"Good morning,"  Nephryte said when Lita opened the door,
"Are we early?"
	Lita looked at Nephryte, then Jadeite standing besides him. 
Both of them were wearing the same blue sweatshirt and gray slacks. 
They looked like members of some sort of sorority group.
	"Why are you two dressed alike?"  Lita asked instead of
answering.
	"It wasn't my idea.  I put this on first and he copied me," 
Nephryte said, accusing Jadeite.
	"I did not!  You saw me put it on and copied me."  Jadeite
pouted.
	"Liar,"  Nephryte argued.
	"Okay, okay.  You both are right."  Lita stopped them from
further arguement.  "Come in.  You guys are the first to come.  I
guess you are a little early."
	"Nice jammies,"  Nephryte commented, eyeing Lita's green
polka dotted pajamas under her pink robe.
	"Thanks,"  Lita said and blushed.  She knew how silly she
looked, but she liked how comfortable they felt.  The pink robe had
been given to her by Ken on her birthday and the green polka dot
outfit was from her parents a long time ago.
	"Have you guys eaten breakfast?"  Lita asked, heading for the
kitchen.
	"Yes, just go do whatever you were doing.  Don't mind us. 
We'll just wait for the others to come."  Jadeite said and sat on the
sofa.
	"Okay.  Feel free to check out the fridge."  Lita said and
went back into the bathroom the change.
	

	When Lita came out of the bathroom, she was just in time to
answer the doorbell.  This time, Mina came with Ami and Artemis. 
They sat impatiently waiting for the others, wondering if any of them
were going to chicken out.  Rei came after a few minutes, then
Darien with Luna.  The only person missing was Ken.  Everyone looked
at Lita, then shifted their gaze when she caught them looking.
	"I'm sure he's coming,"  Lita said outloud to justify it by
letting it out verbally.
	"Yes, he's coming."  Ami said trying to assure everyone.  
	Lita kept looking nervously at the clock, wondering what was
taking Ken so long to get there.  If he wasn't going to come, he
could have called, Lita thought.
	A huge sigh could be heard when the doorbell finally rang. 
Lita literally sprang up to get it.  When she opened it, she felt a
wave of relief wash over her when she saw Ken standing there.
	"Sorry, am I late?"  Ken asked, peering at her with his baby
blue eyes.
	"You had me worried,"  Lita simply said.  She lead him into
the living room where everyone was already sitting and ready for
action.
	"Sorry for making you guys wait.  I missed the bus and I woke
up kinda late."  Ken apologized.
	"It's okay,"  Ami said, "You weren't terribly late."
	"Yeah, no big deal,"  Rei said although the relief was all
over her face too.
	"Ready?"  Hera asked everyone.
	"Ready as we'll ever be.  This isn't a choice."  Darien said
for everyone.
	"What exactly are we going to do?  I'm still not too clear," 
Artemis asked.
	Hera thought carefully, then spoke in a slow tone, "I want
all the scouts to stand in a circle about three yards in diameter
facing the center."
	Lita, Ami, Mina and Rei followed the instructions, although
with only four people, it was more like a square than a circle.  They
stood still and awaited further instructions.
	"Concentrate your power into the center without making it go
further."  Hera said.
	The scouts looked at Luna, who nodded.
	"Mars Star Power!"
	"Mercury Star Power!"
	"Venus Star Power!"
	"Jupiter Star Power!"
	Instead of their usual transformation sequence, each scout
had a beam of light shoot constantly out of their palm into the
center, where all four rays met and started to glow brightly. 
Everyone waited for what was to happen next.  
	After a few more seconds, Hera shouted for them to stop. 
Slowly, the bright beams of light faded and the scouts turned to look
at Hera.  The small cat with the vast knowledge frowned and looked
down, deep in thought.
	"It worked before,"  everyone heard her mumble, "Why won't it
work now?  Looks like....yeah, not enough....why?"
	Snapping out of her confused trance, Hera looked at Lita with
a studious expression on her face, "There seems to be a shortage of
aura around here.  Someone isn't giving full power to make this
work."
	The four girls looked at each other, confused.
	"I didn't know we could control how much power we gave out," 
Ami answered.
	"Me neither,"  The other girls agreed.
	"You can't control, that's why it's weird.  Someone doesn't
have the full amount of aura."  Hera shook her head in bewilderment,
"This never occured before."
	"Maybe it's Lita?"  Rei tried.
	"What?"  Lita asked, startled at the accusation.
	"Why would you say that?"  Hera asked.
	"Because Lita is Sailor Jupiter and I think some of the aura
or power or whatever it was rubbed off on Ken.  That's why he's
Jupiter Knight."  Rei supplied.
	"Hey, you might be right,"  Lita congradulated.
	"Maybe, let's try again.  This time, Ken, you aim your power
at Lita."  Hera instructed.
	"Won't I hurt her?"  Ken asked.
	"No, you won't because it's just aura.  It's not paired into
any sort of destruction.  She can conduct your aura into the middle
easily."  Hera explained.
	"Mars Star Power!"
	"Mercury Star Power!"
	"Venus Star Power!"
	"Jupiter Star Power!"  Lita concentrated and looked with her
sidevision at Ken.
	"Jupiter Knight Power!"  Ken shouted and aimed the green ray
at Lita's back, hoping not to hurt her.
	All of a sudden, Lita could feel warmness and tingling hit
her back, travel through her body and out her arm.  Suddenly, the
middle of the circle erupted with bright light, an explosion, and
everyone was sparwled on the floor.
	It took a couple of minutes for them to gain enough thought
to realize what knocked them down.  The force of the explosion was so
strong that everyone in the room had flown and landed at least three
feet away.
	"What happened?"  Rei rubbed her head, which came in contact
with one of the soft legs on the couch.
	"Ouch, my back."  Mina groaned and got up.
	"Is everyone okay?"  Ami looked arouned from where she landed
on the ground.  She looked for blood or anyone who was still knocked
out.  Darien was against the wall, but looked alright besides being
just a bit stunned.  Nephryte and Jadeite had tipped over with the
couch and was now lying on their backs, trying to get to their feet. 
The three cats seemed dazed, but looked like it wasn't too hard on
them.  Lita was propped on her arms, looking around and surveying
everone just as well.  Ken was in back of Lita and obviously looked
like he cushioned her blow back.
	"What was that?!"  Ken asked out loud, shaking his head.
	"Look!"  Rei pointed to something golden and glowing in the
center of the room.  It was floating and turning, catching rays of
the sun here and there.	
	Hera walked under it, looking straight up and smiled, "We did
it!  That's the Golden Imperium Crystal."
	"Alright!"  Darien cheered.
	"What are we suppose to do with it?"  Artemis asked.
	Mina got up and walked over to hold it.  It looked heavy but
had almost no weight at all.  She held it in the palm of her hands. 
It was about the size of a tennis ball and appeared to glow on it's
own.
	"All the scouts has to touch it and think of finding Serena. 
The crystal will know what to do."  Hera said.
	The girls walked slowly toward Mina and placed a hand on the
floating crystal.  Ken looked questingly at Hera, who shook her head,
"No, Ken.  You don't need to do that with them.  I'm sure it will
work with just the thought.  No power needed."
	Ken nodded and watched what was going on.
	Against the opposite wall, it started to get flimsy.  It
looked like they were looking through water again, the wall twisting
and curving like an illusion.
	"That's the wormhole we're suppose to go through,"  Hera
said.
	Nephryte and Jadeite nodded and jumped in.  Everyone gasped,
they thought the two men would hit the wall, but they went through
it.  Darien followed the two men and also went through it.
	"I'll meet you on the other side, Lita."  Ken said and jumped
in after Darien.
	Luna and Artemis both went in at the same time.  
	"Hurry, go in!"  Hera rushed them. 
	The four girls ran into the wormhole with the Golden Imperium
Crystal, and then Hera finally went in.  The wormhole closed up after
her tail dissapeared into the wall.

    Thus ends another chapter of this epic...
	Geez, who am I kidding?  Anyway, that's the end of this
chapter.  Kind of boring, if I do say so myself, but I'm in a bored
mood right now and can't be trusted.  How many of you would rather
have Ken and Lita than Nephryte and Lita?  Or vice Versa?  Tell me
what you think because I'd really like to know.
