Hello Brothers and Sisters and those who want to celebrate African-American History Month with Poetry, and Spoken Word in a great downtown location at the San Francisco Public Library’s Lower Level plush Herbst Theater located at 100 Larkin Street at Grove street in San Francisco, California.

The Second Annual African-American Spoken Word Festival   Saturday Feb.3, 2007 in the San Francisco Public Library located at 100 Larkin Street from 1pm to 5pm.

What better way can there be to Open up African–American History Month 2007 than for you to come out for this family friendly event and see several professional African-American Spoken Word Artists sharing the stage with our Jamaican Brother Poet Tony Moses from KPOO Fame. Don’t miss out!!! Come early!!! Limited seating!!!

3:30 to 3:55                   Marvin X: well-known national spoken word artist-writer with several books

3:50 to 4:15                   Paradise East Bay’s Best Spoken Word Artist

4:15 to 4:20                   Ukali Author of several books/CD’s and Terry Moore author several Books/CD’s

4:20 to 4:55pm              Open Mic—Eric will conduct Open Mic
