How do I get to Solid Rock Church
for the Journey Closing Mass?
Note: Closing Mass is scheduled to begin at 5:00 pm
and usually lasts approximately 90 minutes.
From Schenectady or from South of
Albany
Take the Thruway to Exit 23
Take first exit ramp on right to route 9W.
At end of ramp, make a RIGHT onto 9W
Follow 9W South for about a mile
Bear RIGHT when you see a large green sign that says "Delmar" (route 32).
Follow route 32 for about 1/4 mile
Make your first RIGHT onto Kenwood Avenue.
Solid Rock Church is the first building on your RIGHT.
It is on the corner of Rt. 32 and Kenwood Ave.
The parking lot is in the back of the church.
From Clifton Park or from North of
Albany
Take the Northway South to I-90 East
Take I-90 East to I-787 South
Take I-787 all the way to the end. (follow signs for route 9W)
Make a right onto 9W.
Follow 9W South for about a mile and a half

Follow route 32 for about 1/4 mile
Make your first RIGHT onto Kenwood Avenue.
Solid Rock Church is the first building on your RIGHT.
It is on the corner of Rt. 32 and Kenwood Ave.

From Troy
Take I-787 South all the way to the end. (follow signs for route 9W)
Make a right onto 9W.
Follow 9W South for about a mile and a half

Exit the Retreat Center the way you came in. (Exit parking lot to the LEFT and make another LEFT onto Retreat House Road)
At end of Retreat House Road, make a LEFT
Proceed until road ends at intersection of 9W.
Make a LEFT onto Route 9W South
Follow 9W South for about half mile
