This book has many examples of how to apply the study method for his teaching that the Buddha gave. The study method enables the Buddha to interpret his teachings for us, rather than rely on one of the various Buddhist traditions to interpret his teaching for us. In other words to see the difference between "Buddhism" - an organised religion, with many sects, like all other organised religions - and the Buddha's teaching - a path to a fully satisfying life, a personal growth strategy.
