About Me
My name is Josie B. Nichols. I was raised on a farm in San Augustine County, Texas. My parents are Jack and Sandra Nichols; they own and operate 14 broiler houses and also have a small cow/calf operation. While in school I was involved in 4-H and FFA. Showing livestock has always been a passion of mine. I love being outdoors, working with cattle and helping my parents in the chicken houses. I will be student teaching in Spring 2008 and graduating in May 2008. My future plans are to teach agriculture science and to take over my parents broiler operation when they decide to retire.
