Last night we had one hell of a storm. We spent most of the evening in the basement because of a tornado warning. Our basement isn't too bad, but not the place you want to spend a whole night. Ryan loved it because he's not down there very often. He loves looking at all the new and unfamiliar things. His favorites are all of the Christmas decorations. I can't wait to see what he does when we bring them out for Christmas and he can see them in all their glory!

Tonight we took the boat out for one last hurrah and to empty out the gas tank. It was a bit chilly - being October - but all went well. Ryan is getting so used to it now that I think he's actually starting to enjoy the boat rides. Kenidi loves car rides and sticking his head out the window so this is extra special because he's not enclosed. He loves laying on the back bench and watching everything go by. The scenery was beautiful. We can't wait to get out there next summer.
