Entry for October 3, 2006
Ryan is 6 months old already! We can't believe it. He is getting so big. He gained another 2lbs and 10 oz and grew 2 1/4 inches! Although he is still quite small compared to the norm, he is happy and healthy at his size. We took him to the park to take 6 month portraits. He did really well. He so loves to explore that it was hard to keep him still. He kept wanting to look at the leaves, pine cones and the pumpkins we brought along. He is getting himself from laying down to a sit very easily now. You just can't keep him down anymore. He is scooting himself backwards across the floor, so crawling isn't going to be too far off.
