We picked up the boat on Saturday and had to get out there right away. Sunday we ended up getting thunderstorms, so we went out on Monday. It was a little chilly, but nothing a jacket couldn't handle. The fish weren't biting, but it was fun just to get out there again and see what Ryan would do. He really loved it. Last year he was just too little. This year, he can actually function in his life vest. And he loved checking everything out. We had supper out on the lake and he thought it was funny to drop his sandwich into the water and watch the pieces float away. He just wailed with laughter when we went fast. He thought the massive wake behind us was the most interesting thing he'd ever seen. In this picture he has his little bathtime fishing pole out to be like Mommy and Daddy. Kenidi did really well again this year. He just loves being with us.
