Thank you for visiting our new blog. I hope to use this as a space to write more about what is happening on a more up-to-date basis. We know how hard it is to be so far away from everyone. Everyone wants to know what we are up to and what new things Ryan is doing. I would like to write once a week, but we may have to work up to that.

This past week we started our annual fall yard cleanup. Trimming and pruning. Putting away planters is the hardest. This year we had Ryan to help out. He just loves it outside and I'm sorry to see the summer gone. But, hopefully he'll like fall and winter as much as he did summer.

It really is fall here now. The leaves are all changing colors and there is that crispness to the air you only get in the fall. And, nothing beats a lazy Sunday afternoon watching football.
