| This is Metallica's first studio album. The band first appeard on the Metal Massacare album with "Hit the Lights". The album sounds like the group had never played together prior to heading into the studio. The songs are memorable, though. "Seek and Destroy" is the best known song, and is a fan interactive song in there live shows. What this album lacks in playing ability, it makes up in there enthusiastic playing style. This is a good album to own for any metal fan. |
