I planned to get this bike for years, and picked up parts here and there accordingly.  The Ritchey cranks served on my commuting bike for a time while I saved for the Rivendell.  The BB is a Logic Pro.  The big chainring is a TA Zephyr, and took a little filing to fit the Ritchey spider.  The neatest thing about the 'ring is the permanently attached mounting nuts, especially for a hidden-5th-arm crank like this.  The ARX front derailleur, XC Pro Grease Guard pedals (note the studs on the bottom/non-clip side) and Binda (non-extra) toe straps were all eBay booty.

Yes, there is a lot more brake gunk on the rear rim & tire than the front.  It's a signalling-while-braking-in-the-rain thing.

The main water bottle cages are Nittos, but the third is an ALE.  For some reason, I couldn't look my wife in the eye and tell her I'd spent $90 on cages, but I could if I "only" spent $70.  Yes, I know I have a problem; yes, I know I can't get better on my own...
