African Road Trip
After working in Tanzania (on Kilimanjaro) for 3+ months, I took a month-long overland trip through Southern and East Africa. I flew one way to Cape Town, South Africa, and started there.

In Cape Town, I spent a week with friends, going shark diving, checking out penguins and relaxing. I then took a 22 hour bus to Windhoek, Namibia, and from there went to Soussusvlei. A few days later, I headed to Swakupmond (on the coast) to go sandboarding......interesting experience. I'm still getting the sand out of my ears. After my second 22 hour bus to Victoria Falls, Zambia, I spent a few days in Livingstone, viewing the falls, bungee jumping, and hopping into Botswana for a one-day safari to Chobe National Park. Another bus took me to Lusaka, then Malawi, where I spent a week on the huge lake there. After a week chillin' on the lake, soaking in the sun and crystal blue water, I headed back to Moshi, Tanzania (yes, another 20+ hr bus), where I flew back home a few days later.
