The World's Most Popular Sport
Why is it that the US can dominate in so many sports, but we are run off the pitch by the greatest sides in the world?
I have played overseas in two small tournaments and I can tell you that the answer to that question is that they love it more. I watched in awe as a team of 10 year olds from Latvia played soccer on a playground with a crushed tin can.
While they were doing that, the US team I was on was playing basketball on the same playground with a soccer ball.
Why do we get run off the pitch again?
The greatest sport of all....
