I went to the hospital at 7:00am and at 8:30 they started
to induce labor. At about 10:00 they broke my water and that
is pretty much when the contractions started to get really
unbearable. They had given me something for the pain, but
when I realized that it wasnt helping. Actually it was kinda
funny now that Im not in pain, Whatever they gave me would
knock me to sleep, but as soon as the next pain would start I
would start crying. My husband thought I was doing that to be
funny. But then I yelled at him and he got the point. Thats
when he asked, "Are they coming with that epidural". I had
Joshua at 1:31pm. He was 9lbs 2 ounces and 21 1/4 long. Quite
a shock to everyone in the room! The doctor said "Maybe" 8
pounds.. I near about fell off the table when the lady said
9.2! And at 1 week appointment he weighed in at 10 pounds
even! I think Im in for quite a big boy!
