What you get with each Order:
Your photographs are carefully scanned using a professional flat bed scanner at 640x480 pixels and 16,000,000 colors (24-bit color).Ater scanning they are converted and saved as a JPEG graphic file and then written to a blank 3.5 Floppy.Our system is not proprietary.Unlike other systems that require you to have special and unique hardware or software to display and retrieve photographs our system offers complete PC and graphic file compatibility.
The image files can easily be copied in any quantities and moved across all computer platforms.We accept personal checks, money orders.Attach a copy of our Order Form along with a check or money order to your shipment made payable to:

Orders cannot be processed without payment.We suggest placing your photos in a padded envelope (sold by Wal-Mart,other stores or the postal services) or the very least between two pieces of cardboard.Our first choice shipping method would be UPS Two Day Service.UPS packages can be tracked and delivery requires a signature.A good second choice is to send them U.S. Postal Priority Class, which gets them to us in about two to three days for around $3.00.For tracking lost Postal Service packages consider using their registered and certified mail for a slight charge.
Neither of these shipping methods are expensive.We return everything to you U.S. Postal Priority Class. Please add $5.95 to your order for shipping and handling.Do not send anything to be scanned that is Copyrighted unless you include the proper release forms.If your order requires any special request or handling please Contact Us.Remember we don't charge you sales TAX for any of our Services.Orders from Canada and other countries must include checks or money orders payable in U.S. Dollars.All instructions must be in English.If you wish to place an Order you have to fill out our Order Form. By submitting an image for scanning, printing or reproduction, you hereby represent that you own the copyright to such image or that you have obtained permission from the rightful copyright owner. Submitting any photograph, slide or negative to J&R Photo Services© for scanning, printing or reproduction, or handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by you that any damage or loss by our company, even though due to negligence or other fault of our company, will entitle you to replacement with a like amount of prints from the original negative. Except for this replacement, the acceptance of the photograph, slide or negative is without warranty or liability, and recovery for any incidental damages is excluded.
