Spotlight/news
Last month, a 10-year-old sheep named Shrek ended up in a very hairy situation. Farmers in New Zealand finally caught the merino sheep. It had avoided getting a haircut for six years!

Normally, a sheep's wool coat is sheared every year. Shrek's coat was so long that it could provide enough wool to make more than 20 suits.

Last Wednesday, Shrek got a big shave. Thousands of people watched the event on television. That day, the wool went on sale. The money will help children with serious illnesses.
