Enclosure
These are the items you will need to start making you cricket enclosure:
*10-20 Gallon Fishtank.
*1 Egg Carton.
*2 Toilet Rolls.
*2 Jam Lids.
*1 Chick Waterer.
*Sand Or Dirt Or Sawdust.
* cotton wool.
* 45 watt light
Start first by put in some sand or dirt on the floor of you enclosure or even sawdust these give the crickets some where to dig around in, they probably wont lay they're eggs in it because it is not moist you can purchase saw dust at petshops for a couple of dollars a bag. Cut your egg carton in half with scissors and stck it on top of the other half and place it in the enclosure the males like to hide and play in these. Put you 2 toilet rolls in the enclousre as well the females like to play and hide in these. Take the cotton wool and put in your chick waterer this will mean your crickets can get water without drowning place you chick waterer in your enclosure. take your 2 jam lids and fill the with food read more about that in the feeding section. Place a 45 watt light above your enclosure so the crickets keep warm.
