High Voltage
When I was 12 I guilted my mother into buying me a drum set so that me and my buddy Gino could play in a band. He had just gotten a keyboard for Christmas, and well we wanted to jam. So we get this cat who we went to school with to paly guitar and well we go to my house nd we set up nd we fuckin mike everything man the bass drum, the cymbals, two mikes for singing, and this cat bring two Marshall stack to play through and well we all plug it into a power strip that ws plugged into one wall socket and I think we got part way through the intro to Home Sweet home when the fuckin whole neighborhood goes fuckin dark, and we're like fuck did we do that and from hence forth we were High Voltage. And we played a couple of parties though ya know I can't remember if we ever got paid. |

Garage Bands Suck
So my buddy Josh who plays a mean bass starts putting together a project and he recruited me to be the drummer nad well we jammed out in his garage every thursday night after ROTC practice. We wern't very good and went through more singers then Van Halen in like 3 months but hey it was all about the music in those days. Our only real fans were these skate board fucks who lived next door and more or less were forced to listen to us. |
