("War Machine" starts and we go through the opening video with the following clips: Spike Dudley hitting the Awesome Drop on D-Lo Brown, Too Cold Scorpio nailing the 450 on Fit Finlay, Jeff Hardy blasting New Jack over the head with a guitar, The Extremists standing on opposite turnbuckles, Ken Shamrock putting Frank Shamrock in the Ankle Lock Submission, Saturn dropping Chris Benoit with the Death Valley Driver, Benoit putting Saturn in the Crippler Crossface, Bigelow and Lee executing their finishers from the top rope through tables onto the Extremists, Robert Thompson dropping Jyushin Lyger with the Double Arm DDT, Mike Awesome executing the Awesome Bomb on The Giant, Dean Malenko putting the Texas Cloverleaf on Benoit, and then Malenko holding the World Title over his head.)

We cut to the ring where Darren Drozdov is already standing. Droz is back!!! The crowd erupted into a huge cheer and started chanting his name over and over again. The building literally shook!!!

Actually, no. The fans still don't like him and booed him unmercifully. Droz let the boo's sink in before bringing the mic up to his face and beginning to talk.

Droz: I know you all haven't seen me in awhile, but believe me, I am very glad to be back! No, not because of you fans, but because I always look for a chance to kick around some of these no-talented, washed up, pieces of crap in the WWA.

(Apparently he has forgotten how many times he has jobbed in the past to the likes of Spike Dudley, David Taylor, and numerous others.)

So, while I know you all are loving seeing my return to the WWA, I can't respond in kind about seeing you all. I have defeated the best the WWA has to offer and I think it is now time for me to start running after some titles. The TV Title sounds good as goes the World Title, but I gotta admit, that Universal Title sounds a little better. But regardless, I am going to take the title off of one of those guys soon. I have a match now, so please hold your cheers until after I am done.

(Did I hear him correctly? He is going to take the title off of either Robert Thompson, Mike Awesome, or Dean Malenko? Ha!)

("Natural Born Killaz" and here comes John Kronus for our opening contest!)

-------------------------------------------------
Droz vs John Kronus
-------------------------------------------------

Well, this isn't exactly a match that everybody has been looking forward too. In fact, I don't think anybody has ever wanted to see this match, but we got to see it anyways.

We were quickly reminded of Droz's talent as he went down quickly to a Kronus superkick. Kronus nailed a standing moonsault onto the fallen Droz, but it only got a two count. Kronus picked Droz up and tried to whip him into the ropes, but Droz reversed it and nailed Kronus with a kick to the midsection on the rebound. He went behind him and lifted Kronus up and dropped him on his knee with an atomic drop. Kronus staggered around the ring and walked right into Droz who lifted him up on his shoulder and dropped him with a running powerslam, but it only got a two. The match continued at a slow pace for quite awhile with Droz controlling most of the offense. However, Kronus capitalized on an error that Droz was bound to make. Droz went to the top which is a big mistake for him and Krouns grabbed ahold of Droz and threw him off. Kronus picked Droz up and threw him into the turnbuckle and charged in with a handspring elbow that knocked Droz out. Kronus was dragging Droz over to the turnbuckle when New Jack ran out with a guitar! New Jack slid into the ring and told Kronus to stop and instead lift him up. Kronus did as he was told and hooked the arms of Droz. New Jack wound up the guitar and tried to hit Droz, but Droz ducked out of the way and New Jack smashed the guitar right into Kronus' face. TIMBER!!! Kronus fell flat on his back and Droz charged at New Jack and nailed him with a dropkick that sent him flying over the top rope. Droz went over to Kronus and lifted him up and set him up between his legs...POWERBOMB! He made the cover and got the three count!

Darren Drozdov pinned John Kronus with the Power Bomb in 0:06:12.
Rating: * 1/2

Drozdov got out of dodge while New Jack slid back into the ring to check on his fallen partner. He helped Kronus up to his feet, but Kronus pushed New Jack away. New Jack came back to help Kronus, but John had had enough and nailed New Jack! New Jack wasn't going to take any punishment from his partner so he returned a punch of his own. Soon we had a brawl going on between partners and security had to run out and seperate both men! What the hell? The Gangstanators have split and violently!

(We cut to the back where Scott Taylor is standing with Brian Christopher.)

Scott Taylor: Brian, I got a big match coming up next.

Brian Christopher: Yeah, G, I hear you are going up against the Kid!

Taylor: Yeah, and you know that he is the the number one contender for the title. If I can beat him than maybe I will be getting the shot against Jeff.

Christopher: Well, good luck.

(Taylor sticks his arm out, palm down. Christopher slaps his hand on top and they chant, "1, 2, 3, RIKISHI!")

Oh gee...

---------------------------------------------------
Scott Taylor vs The Dragon Kid
---------------------------------------------------

This match was a pure spotfest. The Kid went straight to the air and kept Taylor off his feet. Taylor eventually made a comeback and started using some power to overwhelm the Kid. He hit a powerslam that only got two, but followed it up with a somersault legdrop off the top rope that was a millisecond away from getting the three. The Kid then made his comeback with some more assorted high flying manuevers, including a jumping swinging DDT that spiked Taylor's head into the mat, but a cover once again only got a two count. The Kid seemed to be getting a little frustrated and tried to finish it with the Dragon Rana, but Taylor had enough in him to drop him with a powerbomb from the move. The Dragon Kid bounced hit the mat hard and bounced up several feet. Taylor decided not to go for the cover and instead went for the Worm and connected! Taylor propped the Kid up on the turnbuckle and went for a superplex, but the Kid regained his senses and pushed Taylor off instead. Taylor slowly got to his feet, but was taken right back down with the Dragon Rana and that was all the Kid needed for the three count.

Dragon Kid pinned Scott Taylor with the Dragon Rana in 0:09:19.

Brian Christopher made an appearance after the match, charged the ring and started to lay a beating into The Kid. Taylor soon got back up and joined in on the attack. Things weren't looking good for the Kid who had his huge Lightweight Title match coming up on Terror. Finally, Juventud Guerrera of all people ran out and chased off Too Cool. Juventud helped the Kid up, but the Kid refused the help and walked out while Juventud walked several feet behind him.

Eric Embry, D'Lo Brown, and Mike Quackenbush were out next and Embry had a mic.

Eric Embry: I think it is pretty obvious who is the most dominant force in tag team competition is. We easily defeated the former tag team champions, the guys that kicked ass in this division for a long time. I guess you could call it tainted, but it wasn't because those no-talent red necks did the same amount of damage to us as they did to them. We were just better. Brian Lee and Bam Bam, prepare yourselves for an ass kicking because the way I see it, that win made us number one contenders for your titles.

-------------------------------------------------------------
D'Lo & Quackenbush vs The Headbangers
-------------------------------------------------------------

The Headbangers have basically been squashed in every match they have had since entering the WWA.
Tonight would be no different as these newcomers came to wrestle.

Quackenbush went to the air while D'Lo used his strength and scientific skills while Mosh and Thrasher just got beat from pillar to post. They eventually cornered Quackenbush and started to lay a beating into him. Mosh and Thrasher hit him with everything they had and then some. Mosh hit a beautiful inverted suplex that seemed to of knocked Quackenbush out, but Mike still kicked out in two after a cover. Thrasher and Mosh went from there and tried their Stage Dive, but D'Lo was there to break it up and a four man brawl erupted. Thrasher and Quackenbush ended up falling in between the middle ropes and continued to brawl there. Mosh, meanwhile, thought he got the upper hand and tried a wild uppercut, but D'Lo ducked under, grabbed Mosh by his armpits, lifted, and dropped him with the Sky High!

Back on the outside Embry blasted Thrasher with a chair allowing Quackenbush to be free and slide back into the ring. D'Lo, by this time, had gotten to the top rope and came flying off with the Lo-Down. He held on for the cover and the three count was academic.

Mike Quackenbush and D'Lo Brown defeated The Headbangers when D'Lo pinned Mosh
with the Lo-Down in 0:07:43.

D'Lo, Embry, and Quackenbush made their way from the ring as they celebrated their victory. It was now time for the Luck of the Draw match.

---------------------------------------
Luck of the Draw (G!L!W!)
---------------------------------------

The first wrestler chosen was none other than Super Nova! Nova came down a house of fire awaiting his opponent. Why in the world did Raven put him in his Nest?

His opponent was going to be...Oh crap! Mosh, get your ass back here!

Mosh vs Nova, no classic. Mosh was already exhausted from his earlier match and basically didn't stand much of a chance. He tried his best and put up a little offense, but it was Nova that kept going to the air that stole the match. The crowd had a little bit more of respect for Nova after this match was through. Nova hit some of his odd offensive moves including a pumphandle into a sitdown powerbomb. From there he hit Novacaine and the three count was put on the mat.

Super Nova pinned Mosh with the Novacaine in 0:10:31.

Our big Universal Title match was up next!

--------------------------------------------------------
Mike Awesome(c) vs Sid
Universal Title on the line!
--------------------------------------------------------

As soon as Awesome and Sid were in the ring they got right up in eachother's face and started the badmouthing. Awesome finished it off with a slap right to Sid's face. Sid brought his hand up and touched his cheek as if to make sure that really happen and then blasted Awesome with a punch of his own. Awesome came back with one of his own. And the match was on. Several blows were exchanged with Sid getting an upper hand after hitting Awesome with a kick to the midsection. He then grabbed his arm and whipped him into the ropes. Sid went for a big boot as Awesome came back, but Mike ducked under and hit the opposite ropes and came off them with a flying clothesline that took Sid off his feet. Sid and Awesome both got up at about the same time and it was Awesome pushing Sid into the turnbuckle. He hit him several times before whipping him into the turnbuckle, but Sid reversed it and charged in with a clothesline. Awesome moved out of the way at the last moment and Sid crashed into the turnbuckle. Sid staggered backwards and right into a release German Suplex by Awesome that had folded Sid up. When Sid got back up his eyes were glazed over and it looked like he might of had a concussion. Awesome blasted him several times with chops across the chest before whipping him into the ropes. Sid came off fast, but Awesome was ready as he lifted Sid up and dropped him with a spinebuster slam. Awesome was ready to end it as he picked Sid up and set him on the top turnbuckle, facing the crowd. Awesome went to the outside and climbed up as well. He soon had Sid set up and sent Sid flying off with an Awesome Bomb from the top rope! Awesome slowly made his way down the turnbuckles before walking over to Sid and putting his foot on Sid's chest for the count.

(Mike Awesome retained the WWA Universal Title.)

Mike Awesome had retained his title and did it easily! Out came Dean Malenko and Saturn to check on their fallen compadre. Saturn checked on Sid while Malenko just looked at Awesome. We could see Awesome say something to Malenko and Malenko's eyes got wide. Awesome made the motion of the title aroud his waist and pointed at Malenko. It was obvious that he was saying he wanted Malenko's World Title. Malenko took a couple steps towards Awesome and Awesome stepped up to the challenge. They went face to face talking back and forth. Malenko soon had enough of this as he stepped a couple steps back, dropped his title to the mat and drew a line with his foot. He was daring him to step across the line. Awesome didn't even think twice as he stepped over and Malenko's face boiled over with rage. The crowd was literally going apeshit at the thought of this match, but Saturn crashed all our dreams as he grabbed Malenko by the arm and dragged him out of the ring. Malenko was fighting the entire way, but Saturn knew what he was doing. This was no time for Malenko to make more enemies, and especially not a guy like Awesome.

Dean Malenko vs Mike Awesome...Hmmm...
