I've got a great idea for a movie.  Someone puts a microphone on Robin Williams.  Then, they tape whatever he says for 2 hours.  Then, they release it in theaters.  And then they rake in the cash.  It would probably be the funniest, and most irreverent, movie ever made.  But that's not really what happens here.  This film badly underutilizes its only real strength, which is Williams' comedic genius.  Instead it tries to come up with a story to put around William's outrageous monologues.  And it also tries to push a blatant political agenda.  The result?  It's not funny, at all.  It's stupid.  Very stupid.  And that's all I have to say about that.
