'Hullo again! 'Are ye still hingin' aboot, I thought that ye would've beat it when the beer ran oot'? I'm stuck in the hoose maist o' the time, but I'm usually up at a quarter tae nine. If ye happen tae pass an' ye see my blind doon, ye'll know that I must hae been oot oan the toon. The gardin's where I hing aboot in summer when it's sunny. In winter I just shuffle aboot 'cos my nose is awfy runny. The gowfin's fine if ye hae the time, but the grun is just too heavy. We nearly fa' doon hauf way roon, an' go for a nice wee bevvy.
The jewel in my crown, Jason
Hiya! My name's Jason, I'm two years old now, so I'm a big boy, this is an old picture, I can walk now. My Great Granddad had this site up and running before I was born, so I thought I'd come on to put my tuppence worth in, while he was away to see a man about a dog. If there are any wee lassies out there who fancy me, I'll soon be big, so you'll just have to keep twiddling your thumbs for a while. Oops! Here's Gee-Gee coming back, I'd better go, so cheerio! cheerio! cheerio!
'Och! Jason, what are you doing at my computer.'
'Och! Gee-Gee, I'm just practicing my a,b,c's. Did you get me a puppy?'

I'm a dab haun at this dae it yersel' an' carryin' oot my guid wife's wishes,I stuck up a wee shelf tae haud a' her delft, the damn thing fell doon an' broke a' her dishes.
My next joab wis boxin'-in, a queer shaped space, wi' a bit o' wid I had cut a' wrang. My wife stood there wi' yon expression oan her face, an' said tae me in her Paisley twang, 'try it upside doon'. So I stood oan my heid, an' I gave a wee shove, the damn thing fitted just like a glove.
My current caper?, well, I'm writin' a book, och no!, I'm a crook, It's more than a book it's a story. It's aboot my wee bree, my big bree, me mysel' an' my sisters, boo!, me gettin' merried, my wife an' the weans, an' what I goat up tae too. It's aboot Govan in the forties, fitba' in the fifties, right through the sixties, when I wis in my thirties, nation at war wi' nation, Govan kids oan evacuation. It's fu' o' blood an' guts an' ifs an' buts an' maybe even a laugh. It isnae even printed yet, I hope I don't put ye aff.
A synopsis of "the book".
