Old House Story 1 |

Well anyways, it was one night a while ago at my old house. We were all sleeping. The house television is downstairs in the family room and the phone is upstairs so you have to run upstairs when the phone rings. My dad always stays up at night waiting for my mom because she is a nurse and she doesn't get home till like 1 or 2 in the morning. She usually calls around 11-11:30. So during around that time the phone rings. My dad runs upstairs to get it. When he finally got upstairs, he bumped into a lady, he thought it was my sister because it was really dark. He tried to talk to the person but she didn't seem to respond. Then my dad looked at her face and he said that the person he saw had no face. He said that she was wearying an all black dress and she had long hair. He was so scared he woke us all up. I've never seen my dad scared in my entire life. He's usually the tough guy who doesn't let anyone cry but when I saw him that night, he was almost in tears. My dad isn't the type of person to lie about ghost stories and he isn't a very good actor either. After that night, he always walked with the lights on.

My uncle doesn't know about my Dad's story. He came over from California to visit us for a couple of days. He's the type of person that takes a lot of naps. Anyways, he was upstairs taking a nap where my dad bumped into that lady. He kept on waking up for some reason because he thought my mom was home trying to call his name or something, he said it might have just been a dream. So he went back to his nap. He was alone during this whole time, I forgot to mention. So he closed his eyes for a couple of seconds and said that he felt someone touch his face and when he opened his eyes, he saw a woman walking away from him and just went away. He looked frantically all over the house to see if anyone was home, but no one wasn't. My brother went home a couple of hours later and said that he found my uncle waiting outside and didn't want to go back in the house without someone there with him. |

I never really saw the ghost but I've always felt something weird at that part of my house when we all moved in there. I remember my sister and I were the first ones to stay in that house and I told her that somethings weird is going on in the living room. She just told me I was a dork. As time went by, we hardly felt anything but anyone new that stays over our house, supposedly feels stuff at that room. We asked the old owner of the house if they knew anything what happens at the house, he said he felt some stuff when he first moved in but nothing after a while. He told us to talk to the people that first lived in that house. It was kind of hard to find that person and plus he was like 80 years old. We ended up finding him and he said that that house was robbed a long time ago in the 70's and his wife was murdered there and guess which spot, living room... |
