Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't updated in a while. Just been really busy.
My name is VJ. IT stands for Von Joseph. There's an actual story behind my name but you'll just to find out for yourself what it is. People in school started calling me PJ and now everyone around here is calling me that.
Im currently in school for Culinary. Going to finish 2005 and either going to work or transfer to Drexel U and get my bachelors. I know by the time Im 27, Im going to own a restaurant. I like Japanese cuisine a lot so I might go into that.
I work as the Garde Manger at Chris' Jazz club. Its a really cool place to work out and the people that go there are great. The environment of the place is just awesome. It's a small restaurant but I have to start somewhere right.
I live in Philly and love it here. Everything here is so accesible and most of the people I've come across with are pretty friendly. I might want to live here for the rest of my life, but who knows what the future holds for me.
